How to Stir Biodynamically Large & Small Quantities
Stirring Large & Small Quantities Water Rainwater is preferable and, in areas of little pollution, can be collected off the roofs of houses, woodsheds and hay barns. It can be stored in concrete, galvanised iron or untreated wooden tanks. If spring water is used, it should be checked for pollutants and chemical residues. If found to be clean, it should stand in the light and air for two days, as it may have been underground for many years. River water should likewise be checked for purity. Water for stirring should be between 25° and 30°C, and is best heated with a natural heat, such as a flame or sunlight. Suitable heaters are butane or woodburners and solar panels. Do not use electricity.
