Job Objective: To assist with the management of overall daily operation of the cinema complex in the absence of the manager, supervise and give the staff direction to ensure that customer’s expectations are met or exceeded. Must be able to interact with both staff and customers, understand, monitor, manage and supervise the Catering and Box Office Cashiers as per performance standards. Manage and control cash, oversee the presentation of films and quickly become familiar with the Cinema Complex systems and procedures.

Qualifications/Experience: •

Grade 12 Post Matric studies in management, business, sales or related field an advantage. Practical experience as a Multiskilled Cashier with Catering & Box office experience as well as practical experience as a Relief Controller External applicants must have at least 2 years supervisory experience in the hospitality / retail / fast food industry
