Complex Manager – Irene Mall : SK Theatres: Northern Region 23 September 2011
Job Objective: To serve in the capacity as Complex Manager and ensure the efficient operation of a Theatre, by planning staff correctly and controlling cost, thus achieving excellent customer service levels and exceeding customers expectations. The complex manager will also be responsible to maintain and increase profitability by achieving and exceeding targets. The incumbent of this position should be able to motivate and provide direction to his/her sub-ordinates Roles and Responsibilities: • Planning of daily/weekly/monthly activities for the Complex • Implement and Co-ordinate duties with others • Organising resources to meet financial objectives • Supervise and provide Direction to others • Appraisal / Evaluating / developing of others • Encourage faster rate of work by motivating people, thus gaining willing co-operation • Handling of Discipline / Disputes / Grievances • Promoting a culture of learning and development Qualifications/Experience: • Grade 12 • 3 Year degree or diploma advantageous • 4-6 years experience in a retail / customer focused environment Competencies: • Computer literate • Sound interpersonal skills • Leadership • Sound analytical skills • Businessawareness TERMS AND CONDITIONS All applications will be dealt with in terms of the company’s recruitment policy, employment equity and skills development plans, and as a result, affirmative action candidates may be prefered.
