COMPLEX MANAGER SHELLY BEACH CINEMA : SK Theatres: KZN Region Tuesday 27 th September 2011
Job Objective: To serve in the capacity as Complex Manager and ensure the efficient operation of a Theatre, by planning staff correctly and controlling cost, thus achieving excellent customer service levels and exceeding customers expectations. The complex manager will also be responsible to maintain and increaseprofitability by achieving and exceeding targets. The incumbent of this position should be able to motivate and provide direction to his/her sub-ordinates Roles and Responsibilities: • Planning of daily/weekly/monthly activities for the Complex • Implement and Co-ordinate duties with others • Organising resources to meet financial objectives • Supervise and provide Direction to others • Appraisal / Evaluating / developing of others • Encourage faster rate of work by motivating people, thus gaining willing co-operation • Handling of Discipline / Disputes / Grievances • Promoting a culture of learning and development Qualifications/Experience: • Grade 12 • 3 Year degree or diploma advantageous • 4-6 years experience in a retail / customer focused environment Competencies: • Computer literate • Sound interpersonal skills • Leadership • Sound analytical skills • Businessawareness • Operational focused Attributes and abilities: • Dynamic self starter • Ability to work under preassure • Energetic • Creative thinker • Result driven • Attention to detail, but always able to se the big picture • Personal Flexibility in terms of working hours (including Sunday work)
