Dear magnanimous brothers of the International Association of Rights and Freedoms In a following-up the Libyan affair and what is happening now in the east of the country, especially the missile and air strikes which parts of the city is exposing for by the forces of dissident Khalifa Haftar . The chief of staff of the Libyan army, the government and the National Congress announced that forces of Haftar are not affiliated with the government and they are separatist the authority of the state and its sovereignty. In view of the repeated violations by forces under his control, as planes belong to Haftar carried a number of raids on some neighborhoods of the city of Benghazi, such as neighborhood of Alkorashh, neighborhood of Hawari and the region of Sidi Faraj, resulting in the destruction of a number of property of

The picture shows a student at the College of Dentistry third year whose name is Fathi Jehani who was killed after bombing their house in one of the neighborhoods of Benghazi as the house was bombed by the forces of Haftar according to the information.

Bombing date is on 01.06.2014, which included Vonas Institute of Mechanical Engineering and the Palace of Former crown prince and some houses.

Bombing on 08.06.2014, the indiscriminate rockets bombarded a house in al-Hawari. The house of Ali Salem el Saaiti, human injuries are slight, thanks to God, the house was exposed to two missiles, one of them broke the surface and the second hit a wall or the corner of the surface.

I am the citizen Hussein Majeed Barasi this farm fences me with a combined fence from the eastern side . I have been exposed to a number of 3 missiles that caused the destruction of the house of my sister with injuries that can be seen through the attached photos, and also four farms next to me were exposed to various injuries, the fence of brother Mukhtar Altargi was damaged and the farm of brother Abdul Wahab Mahdoa whom two bombs one of them caused the destruction of his factory and a bomb of rock wall of the family of el Hadad, that means 7 missile with the knowledge that the farm meant to be destroyed did not suffer any significant damage.

In addition to the physical damage that hit my family with great fear and panic that harmed us to go out to save our souls and to be survivors of this deadly. I only say God is enough to us, and the best agent.

The arrests points by the forces of Haftar especially preceese gate and the gate of Marg and Biar formed violation of citizens› rights, a number of people has disappeared in these points and I am enclosing their photographs and names. According to the available preliminary information, all detainees are subjected to insult , beatings , insults , verbal abuse, and they are detained now at a Camp in Shehata area that is called Camp Qrnadh.

They disappeared on 31.05.2014 when they were returning from the city of Benghazi to their city of Derna. The place of disappearance is a checkpoint gate of the forces of Haftar at the entrances to the city of Marg ,95 km east of Benghazi.

Since the arrest and detention procedures performed without any reasons and by the identity of belonging to the city of Derna or Benghazi or Islamic appearance, which formed a clear violation of the right of citizens to move freely and peacefully.
Very important and urgent, He disappeared on 01.06.2014 . He is a lawyer from Benghazi. The last call for him was in the city of Slook. He is one of the men who work to solve the problem of Benghazi. God turns him back to his family safely.

He was arrested on 08.06.2014 when he was returning from the airport of Abraq to the city of Benghazi.
Fako el Aani, Farag elKawafy was arrested in Marg while he was coming back from the airport of Abrak. He was investigated under torture and he was sent to the area of Ebiar because he was only from Benghazi and bearded.

The victim`s name is Ayman Alaclai from the city of Derna and he has been subjected to torture, beatings preceese gate.

Accordingly, the forces of Haftar now practice abuses against human rights extensively in a number of areas and some officials who belong to Haftar do not hide their responsibilities for the acts committed against citizens.
Desired: 1-Condemnation of the abuses practiced by all parties, especially Haftar forces from bombing civilians and Horrifying them. 2-To stop indiscriminate arrests and the immediate release for all detainees in the prison in the camp of Qrnadh. 3-The announcement of moving with international mechanisms in order to document these crimes and bring the perpetrators to justice. 4-To bear the Libyan state its responsibilities on its territory and protecting its citizens.
