When you finish creating a Zoho Mail account, you should be brought to your Home Dashboard. Go to your settings.

Next, click the General Tab. There you can Edit your profile. You can change the account language to Chinese here. However, the rest of the snapshots given here about setting up Safe Senders, Email Forwarding, etc. will be in English.

After the last step, go back to the Mail Tab of Settings. Then, select “Anti-Spam”.

With “Whitelisted Domain” selected in the color grey, click “Add Email/Domain”. You should add the domains listed (collegeboard.org and dropbox.com). This will ensure that all emails from these domains will not get sent to your Spam folder. You can go to this menu any time to add additional domains that you do not want to be blocked.

Next, select Email forwarding and POP/IMAP. You will reach a screen that looks like this.

You should enable the Email Forwarding option and enter the email address you want Zoho emails forwarded to (e.g. QQ, Sohu, etc.). Also, enable POP Access for all messages, including spam mails. This will enable you to use other mail

clients (Outlook, Blackberry, etc.) to view your Zoho Mail only; POP Access does not necessarily allow you to send from the other mail client as well. Lastly, enable IMAP Access, which will enable to you use other mail clients to view and send emails from your Zoho account. All of these access functions need to be enabled in order to do things like check email on your mobile phone. _________________________________________________ Please refer to these help pages for additional assistance. https://zohomail.wiki.zoho.com/Email-Forwarding.html https://zohomail.wiki.zoho.com/for-Outlook.html https://zohomail.wiki.zoho.com/IMAP-Access-1.html https://zohomail.wiki.zoho.com/Access-from-Mobile.html Also, please refer to this help page to view Zoho’s Email Usage Policy. https://zohomail.wiki.zoho.com/Zoho-Mail-Usage-Policy.html __________________________________________________ Some additional screenshots are included below for your reference too.
