We want your beach getaway this summer to allow you to relax and take some time for yourself. To enable you to have a peaceful stay, we are professionally disinfecting all touchpoint surfaces including- door handles, remotes, thermostats and faucets in each of our rentals.
Our guest’s safety is our top priority and we want you to be able to put away your worries and enjoy your well-earned vacation time!

Make our next renter’s vacation as enjoyable as yours has been. Please make sure you have completed this check out list. Thank you!
1. All garbage and recyclables must be removed from the property prior to you leaving. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your security deposit.
2. Clean all glasses, dishes, pots, pans and utensils and put them away.
3. Make sure the refrigerator is empty of all food.
4. Vacuum or sweep all floors and carpets.
5. Make sure all doors and windows are locked.
6. Return the keys and beach badges to the rental office by 10 AM

Important Rental Reminders
1. Please note that we do not guarantee perfect functioning of all appliances. If something malfunctions, please bring it to our attention and we will try our best to resolve the problem quickly. We recognize that issues may arise, and we thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
2. Please bring your welcome folder, all badges, and keys to our office by 10 AM for check out.
