We ask that you send our office a 40% deposit to confirm your reservation within 5 business days of receiving an emailed reservation confirmation.

1.Please note that we do not guarantee perfect functioning of all appliances. If something malfunctions, please bring it to our attention and we will try our best to resolve the problem quickly. We recognize that issues may arise, and we thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
2.Please bring your welcome folder, all badges, and keys to our office by 10 AM for check out.
3.Remember to leave the rental in the same condition as you found it. Help us to make the next renters stay as enjoyable as yours
