Inspiration and brilliant architecture were combined to create this residential environment. Tucked away on a natural hill surrounded by dense woods sit the main house, a two-suite guest house, a four-suite bunk house, and a pool house with spa. The simple contemporary lines of these luxurious tranquil residences offer total privacy.

MAIN HOUSE

The main house has huge surrounding porches that beckon you outside. Open, flowing spaces with soaring ceilings and wall to wall windows invite you to relax, dine and cook while enjoying nature from every view. The kitchen has high end appliances with lots of counter and island surfaces. This open area flows into the dining and living areas. The ambiance is enhanced with the free standing fireplace which is reminiscent of a grain silo.

The master suite has the same design of free standing fireplace and sitting area. There is an open office area in the master suite. Beautiful en-suite bath offers you spa-like comfort in your home. The views from the master suite are incredible.

SKEET AND TRAP RANGE

The skeet and trap range has a cozy club house to enjoy a beverage after shooting or just relax and enjoy the view. With high/low houses and trap house containing throwing equipment. With eight skeet and five trap shooting stations, even the most accomplished shooter will never tire of this well thought out and perfectly designed facility.

THE STABLES

When designing the stables and polo field, the current owner built in incredible flexibility. The polo field for example, would lend itself equally well as three holes of golf, driving range, cricket pitch, soccer field, lawn tennis, baseball field, or almost any outdoor pursuit. The stables also can be converted into a myriad of uses, such as, wedding venue, art studios, meeting space, accommodations, or yoga and wellness studio.

• The Polo field is regulation size and irrigated by 120 underground sprinkler heads. Even though the boarded polo field is 480'x900', the irrigated area is 500'x1,000'. The turf for the field is Tiffway 419 from King Ranch Turf Farm.

The west boundary of Whitehall Ranch, along Beason Creek, sits at 246 feet elevation and climbs to 352 feet at the highest point on the ranch. There is almost two-thirds of a mile of frontage on County Road 305, a dead-end road.

The topography is rolling with open pastures, drainages and areas of dense woods. Many native tree species are found on the ranch including pecan, oak and pines. The ranch is part of Region 5, the Brazos Bottom, East Coastal Plains and the Southeast Piney Woods.

An eight-acre lake captures run-off water and offers an excellent fishing and recreational water feature. There are two water wells nearby, if needed, to help keep the lake full in the drier seasons. This lake is stocked with bass, perch and bluegills. A boat dock provides an entertainment area and covered docking for the pontoon boat. This water is clear and also used to irrigate the polo field.

Nearby is a waterfowl pond developed to host numerous species and can be filled by a nearby well if needed.

There are many stock tanks throughout the ranch that provide livestock water. Several natural springs are on the ranch. These springs have run throughout the driest times. A charming bridge crosses one of the springfed creeks on the ranch.

Houston Intercontinental Airport (George Bush Intercontinental Airport), IAH, is located about 50-55 minutes drive from the front gate of the property by way of the new SH 249 Toll Road. Most long distance commercial flights operate from there. Private aviation operates out of there as well.

College Station Airport (Easterwood Field), CLL, is located about 40 minutes drive from the property by way of SH 6. It is a regional commercial as well as a private aviation facility.

Navasota Municipal Airport, 60R, is located about 20 minutes drive from the property by way of SH 105. It has a 5,000' paved and lighted runway with self-service fueling facilities and some on-call FBO services. Only used f or private aircraft.
