Rooibos Tea Punch

I love rooibos tea and first encountered it as a student while at Edinburgh University. Curiously convivial, rooibos is balanced between fruity and earthy, so this cocktail expands on the South African ‘red bush’ leaf, together with enlivening fruit, to deliver refreshment as well as complexity.

Vibrant and creamy, this deluxe treat is a celebration of Mauritian tropical fruit, designed to brighten your day with every sip. Send your spirit on holiday and get ready for a tropically scrumptious modern classic.

Cherry Blossom

This gently sparkling springtime cocktail takes me back to my days living in Edinburgh where I used to adore the cherry blossom across The Meadows every year. With a streak of lively yuzu in the blend, this is a classy, refreshing and uplifting way to put a spring in every step.

Blackberry Buzz

This is a fruity tribute to the darkest, ripest blackberries that used to hang in the hedgerows around my Granny’s house in southern Scotland. She loved her drink with a kick, so this cocktail is framed with buzzing spice, which draws the fruity focus into widescreen wonder, just like the rolling hills around the countryside my Granny loved so much.

English Garden Spritz

I love my garden, and as the summer swells apple blossom into fruit, I could spend endless hours admiring the butterflies and listening to the swallows flying overhead. The pristine flavours of this scented bubbly gem remind me of all the verdant freshness of those heady days; it’s my homage to every English country garden!

SPIRITS AND MIXERS 50ml

Cucumber & Watermelon 3.5

“Fresher than a pillow with a mint on it”. There’s nothing juicier than watermelon, which is why we combine it with cucumber’s supersmooth freshness. Slightly sweet aroma balanced by a fresh, cooling undertone. It is the perfect serve with light rums, citric gins and white wine.

Ginger Beer 3.5

Warmly spicy with a final, flavoursome tang. While our ginger beer is warm from beginning to end, with light spiciness and caramel undertones. The cardamon end-note intensifies its richness.

Ginger Ale 3.5

Liquid velvet with a kick. Earthy and full-bodied drunk solo or perfectly paired with whisky and dark rum. This unique blend of natural ginger with a touch of cardamon offers aromatic notes that round out the flavour with a silky depth.

Pink Grapefruit 3.5

Flamboyantly fresh with an intensely rich grapefruit flavour which slides into the luscious taste of Persian lime - renowned for its piquancy - offering a delicious blend of sweetness and depth.

Refreshing Lemonade 3.5
