From balls to bops and Roadshow to RAG Dash your time here is going to be packed full of amazing events. This all starts with the absolutely incredible FRESHERS’ FORTNIGHT! Yep, that’s right, here at ICSM one week simply isn’t enough time to squeeze in all the fun we have in store for you - just one of the many reasons you have made the best decision of your life in choosing Imperial! In this pack you should find your e-Passport and also a welcome letter from our President Steve Tran. The Freshers’ Passport is your golden ticket to the craziness that we have planned for you. Purchasing a passport guarantees you entrance into almost every event during the two weeks. You also get a complimentary ticket to the 3 course meal at the School of Medicine Welcome Dinner AND an official Freshers’ T-shirt - not to mention a discount on your Freshers’ Ball ticket. The Passport is available for £75 which represents a considerable saving compared to buying tickets to each event individually. However, to ensure you don’t miss out on any of the fun, we recommend buying your Freshers’ Passport and Freshers’ Ball Ticket at the same time for just £95. This also represents a discount on your Ball ticket. Beware though there is a limited number of Passports available! Below are instructions to make the most of your experience: nd

Go to shop.icsmsu.com and purchase your Freshers’ Passport & Freshers’ Ball tickets by Sunday 22 September. (You may buy the passport on its own but you won’t be eligible for the discounted Freshers’ Ball ticket if you change your mind at a later date!)

Email icsm.socials@imperial.ac.uk with the following: i. Your name ii. Passport sized photo (doesn’t need to be serious like the real ones!) iii. Any dietary requirements iv. T-shirt size

On Sunday 29 September, come along to the ICSMSU Freshers’ Welcome from 1pm on Queens’ Lawn to collect your Welcome Packs. This will contain a validated Freshers’ Visa with your submitted photo on it. You will need this visa during Freshers’ to show us that you’ve bought a passport!
