Day 2.
The MDU Surgery Revision Course is run by respected lecturer and surgeon Mr Barry Paraskeva BSc(Hons), MBBS(Hons), FRCS, PhD. Mr Paraskeva has taught the course for over nine years and has won numerous awards for his teaching including: Teacher of the Year, Imperial College and the prestigious Rector’s Award. Barry is also an OSCE examiner.

Day 2.
The MDU Clinical Medicine Revision Course has been developed by Dr Graham Dark MBBS FRCP FHEA, Senior Lecturer in Medical Oncology and Cancer Education at Newcastle University. He has experience throughout higher education and is an OSCE examiner, a GMC Associate, Chairman of the exam board for the Specialty Certificate Examination in Medical Oncology and contributes to a variety of education committees at the Royal College of Physicians.

He has research interests in e-learning and has delivered training to many educators, including workshops at international education conferences. Graham delivers an interactive, engaging teaching style and is a well known figure for his coaching and preparation for students approaching examinations in medicine.

The MDU Paediatrics Revision Course is taught by Dr Sarah Eisen and Dr James Ross.
Sarah is a paediatrician working in North London with an interest in Paediatric Infectious Diseases and Medical Education. She is currently undertaking a PhD at UCL in Paediatric HIV Medicine as a Wellcome Trust Fellow, while holding an honorary clinical contract at Great Ormond Street Hospital NHS Trust, and undertaking extensive undergraduate and postgraduate teaching. Dr James Ross is a paediatrician working in London with an interest in Paediatric Emergency Medicine and Medical Education. He recently completed a Medical Education Fellowship with the London School of Paediatrics and has been involved in both undergraduate and postgraduate medical training for a number of years for which he has received a number of awards.
