2023-2024 Graduate Cost of Attendance
*All College of Education graduate programs are part of ISU’s E-ISU Online Course Listings. As part of the E-ISU initiative, admitted students from outside of Idaho are eligible for a special in-state rate of tuition for these fully online programs. Once students are admitted, more information is directly provided to them by the Office of Financial Aid. International students who are not currently utilizing the F1 visa are eligible for this rate.

Non-Resident Tuition Waiver
Learn how you can qualify for the Graduate Non-Resident Tuition Waiver (NRTW):
1. Academic Based NRTW Criteria:
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Must not be in an oversubscribed program at ISU
- Must be a full-time, non-resident graduate student
2. Western Regional Graduate Program (WRGP):
Eligible states/regions include: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Guam, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, and the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands.
3. Need-Based NRTW:
You may be eligible to receive the NRTW based on demonstrated financial need. You must complete the FAFSA to qualify for a needbased NRTW.
4. Graduate Assistantships:
Non-resident students receiving Graduate Assistantships will automatically receive a Graduate NRTW as part of their assistantship.
