Adding Choices— Cresswind offers personalization options

The pandemic has changed the way people live in their new homes. So Kolter Cresswind, who builds homes in the Southest, went to the drawing boards to understand the way that people are using their homes. “People were spending more time at home than they ever anticipated. We needed to have additional or flex spaces to use. It was about putting flexibility in the plans, like an in-law suite, a double master, or a snore room. People may need office spaces, which they weren’t doing two years ago. We’ve added more personalization options to our plans with hundreds of choices of colors and finishes.”
