Reservation & Cancellation • All excursions can be booked through our Hallo Phuket Tours Desk at your hotel or resort. • Please book your tour at least 24 hours in advance. • A fee of 50% of the total price will be charged for cancellations made after 4 pm on the day before the tour. • A fee of 100% of the total price will be charged for cancellations made on the day of the tour or no-shows.
