For Toni Calderone, President and chief executive of O.N.E. Hospitality in York, putting your own stamp on the world runs in the family. “My grandfather is responsible for bringing the first pizza shop to York,” she says.
Today, Calderone’s full-service hospitality group has made a mark with 11 food and beverage brands across York and Lancaster Counties, from a food truck to fine dining and everything in between.
Calderone says the expansion, which includes Tutoni’s and Presto Fast Italian, is centered around their fresh, unbeatable pasta. “We found every way to serve it—quick service, wholesale, fine dining.”
That’s not all. O.N.E. recently acquired The Pressroom in Lancaster and is preparing to open Bonito Sushi + Ramen and Andonia’s Chophouse (not to mention multiple new Presto Fast Italian locations in Manheim and South York). Soon, supporters can invest in the growth of Presto with RaisedStake.com, the equity crowdfunding platform that Calderone is developing with teams in New York City and San Francisco.
Locals and visitors in the region enjoy spending time at Calderone’s numerous establishments, enjoying delicious, thoughtful food and attending events with loved ones. “They love celebrating their special moments with us,” says Calderone. With the welcoming that the ONE Boutique Hotel & Venue has seen, that sentiment is clear.
One thing’s for sure: There’s more to come from O.N.E. For now, a plethora of new establishments will be sure to make every date night, family outing, or foodie run an adventurous one.

For David Stoudt, owner of Rooster Street Butcher in Lititz, getting into the restaurant biz wasn’t planned. “I always enjoyed cooking, the culinary arts, and restaurants, but I never saw myself as owning or running a restaurant— let alone a butcher shop that is transitioning into a brewery,” he says.
Under Stoudt’s ownership, Rooster Street is expanding its repertoire of cocktails, burgers, and butcher cuts with an on-site craft brewery.
Stoudt also owns the Bulls Head Public House and Lititz Springs Inn, both local staples in and of themselves. Soon, Stoudt says, “We’ll brew craft beer for the property on Cedar Street, along with the Bulls Head, Lititz Springs Inn, and local area restaurants.” Guests will also be able to get beer to-go.
Stoudt says Rooster Street’s success is a multifaceted puzzle: “Combined with excellent food, craft cocktails from our partners at Thistle Finch and Stoll & Wolfe, and a lively atmosphere, we are a unique establishment in the heart of America’s Coolest Small Town.”
Rooster Street is open to even more evolution while honoring its historic roots and commitment to inclusivity. For Stoudt, the goal is to build on the foundation of Rooster Street’s previous owners, Tony and Kristina Page.
Stoudt says, “Rooster Street is a beloved part of the community, and we look forward to continuing their legacy of hospitality excellence on Cedar Street. Starting a craft brewery will also provide new jobs, provide crossover positions with our current restaurants, and help turn Lititz into even more of a craft beer destination than it already is.”

THE FACE OF REASSURANCE WHILE YOU PLAN
JOY BOUDREAU, JOY OF EVENTS GROUP
Joy Boudreau was always a planner, but planning dances and trips with friends eventually evolved into something more concrete.
Boudreau, founder of Joy of Events Group in Camp Hill, says she earned a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and tourism from New York University, working with various high-profile companies in the process. “I eventually took a break from the biz to pursue my second love, sports,” she says. “I returned back to the industry in 2018 and started the business in 2019 with my husband following the planning of our own wedding.”
Joy of Events Group offers consultations, day-of coordination, and customizable event planning of any scope. With all these services,
Boudreau’s style of planning makes the business stand out. She says, “My clients often thank me for making them feel sane and just listening during our calls, so I kind of take on their stressors for them and attempt to put their mind at ease ahead of their big event.”
Looking back at her collegiate track career, Boudreau found a picture of herself, under which said her long-time goal of planning events for celebrities. In a way, she’s doing just that. “All of my clients are celebrities to the important people in their lives,” says Boudreau. And to hear people say “I feel so much better” after Boudreau’s help makes it all that much more worthwhile.

Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health wanted to help local businesses in the community manage their medical spend and improve the quality of healthcare they receive. The result? Eliance Health Solutions, a health plan for Lancaster employers with 15 or more employees.
Dave Jani, Vice President, Sales & Business Development, says the ultimate goal is to “help employers save money and keep employees healthy.”
Eliance Health Solutions is excited to announce their new product, Eliance Advantage. Eliance Advantage includes all of the regular benefits of their health plans along with an integrated membership to the Penn Medicine HealthWorks network of employer-sponsored primary care practices located throughout Lancaster County. The inclusion of clinic access is another way the Eliance team is working to offer an innovative product to the local community that benefits businesses and their employees.
Jani says, “We prioritize the relationship between providers, employers and employees for better coordination of care and better medical outcomes.” Plus, as a Lancasterbased health plan, the team at Eliance Health Solutions lives and works in the Lancaster area.
From simplified care navigation processes to wellness screenings that detect and prevent underlying conditions, Eliance fills gaps other health plans don’t.
An alternative to the traditional health insurance model, Jani says the Eliance product “is very forward-thinking and innovative, and we are excited to bring this to local businesses.”

THE FACES OF FARM TO TABLE THE TEAM AT HARVEST SEASONAL GRILL
Harvest Seasonal Grill’s dedication to a farm-to-table standard and seasonal freshness sets it apart. Bar Manager Casey Frank knows this well—she has been with the Harrisburg location since it opened in 2014, crafting creative drink specials and much more.
Frank says, “I try to make the atmosphere as inviting and friendly as possible. It’s important to give great service and build lasting relationships with the guests.”
From local burgers and steaks to unique vegan and vegetarian dishes, Harvest’s menu covers the gamut. Chef Partner PJ Folk says about the atmosphere, “We offer a fine dining experience with high standards for both service and food.” But Harvest’s fine dining experience is different. It’s not stuffy, and Harvest operates knowing guests have varying needs.
General Manager Maggie Faubel says Harvest is health conscious, something that many restaurants can’t boast. Faubel adds, “We also are
extremely allergy friendly. We make everything in house, so we are able to customize most dishes to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions.”
That transparency makes a big difference. Folk says, “We hear how much customers love knowing where we sourced our ingredients and how that carries over into dishes on the menu.”
Harvest employees really do feel at home with one another, and the respect and enthusiasm they have for the restaurant resonates. Folk says, “Harvest provides our staff with a safe work environment that promotes growth and knowledge for every member of the team.”
