From The Editor’s Desk. Joe Korba It’s time for our 3rd annual Blue Mountain Dining Edition! We, as usual, received a ton of votes this year for your favorite restaurants from all over our reading area. This is always one of my favorite Gazettes to help put together, as it’s the one we receive the most reader input and feedback on. It’s great to hear from you guys (usually)! But, I digress; within these very pages the winner of our Favorite Restaurant 2013 is revealed. It’s looking like we might have the beginnings of a dynasty on our hands, although a few others were close behind in the polls. Working on the Blue Mountain Dining edition kind of makes me miss working in restaurants, although I’d much rather be writing than scrubbing pots. While in high school and college I worked in everything from a now defunct steakhouse in Hazleton, PA to various fast food jobs. I spent many years near hot convection ovens, peeling potatoes at 4 a.m. for home fries before the breakfast rush, chopping veggies for prep, and all the other culinary activities that make a restaurant tick. I feel a certain kinship to all things food-related, and as my fiancé will

If you happen to know or see my wonderful fiance‘ Jessica Siarkowski around make sure to wish her a Happy Birthday! Her birthday is April 19th, and will surely be celebrated by dining out at one of the restaurants mentioned in this issue. On the Cover - The cover features one of Old Post Inn’s most popular sandwiches, The Grand Schmoopa. The sandwich’s namesake, whose nickname is Grand Schmoopa, is the father of a regular Old Post patron. The massive polishfood influenced sandwich includes: two pieces of kielbasa, pierogies, sauteed onions, sauerkraut, spicy brown mustard, and swiss cheese. (It’s a bit messy, but very good -ed).

M em o r ie s I arrived in America in 1948 from Germany as a “war bride” at the age of 20. My new friends and neighbors in Berlinsville surprised me with a wedding shower that was fit for a queen. Here I am, 65 years later, and the kind employees of the Revolution Style Factory in Walnutport are helping me celebrate my 85th birthday with a delicious cake baked by “chef” Aaron. They can’t do enough to make me feel comfortable. I have been blessed to have met so many kind people in my lifetime and I am very greatful. I would also like to thank my former clients at the Roscoe P. Snyder Agency who supported me when I unexpectedly became the owner of the business. Many, Many thanks to all of you!

Popular Bar & Restaurant Wins Favorite Restaurant for 2nd Consecutive Year
A
Country Gazette Town & Favorite Restaurant WINNER
By Joe Korba
fter some stiff competition, our reader’s have chosen their favorite area restaurant in our 3rd annual poll held every spring. Old Post Inn & Backdoor Restaurant emerged victorious after a Rocky-esque battle for the top spot with Lizard Creek Tavern in Lehighton. Lizard Creek was looking like Soviet powerhouse boxer Ivan Drago and just about had them on the ropes, but Old Post emerged victorious in a late-round upset, just like The Italian Stallion himself. Both of these establishments, and also 3rd place finisher Country View Diner, clearly have great food, wonderful service and dedicated customers willing to mail votes in, answer our online poll, and even mail me impassioned arguments about why their favorite eatery deserves to be crowned the very best in 2013.
“We’re always appreciative of our customers. They’ve kept us going for 29 years. It’s like a family here, like Cheers.” This is the second consecutive win for owners Jo and Barry Lehr who, along with family members Shirley and Butch Lehr, purchased the business on the outskirts of Slatington over 29 years ago. “We’re small town people, so we keep our business small town based,” Jo said. Over the years, through a comfortable atmosphere and a spirit of camaraderie amongst the regulars, they have built up the Old Post Inn to be a spot that locals and travelers alike can relax and grab a bite to eat. “We have a strong base of customers who like to eat at the bar, and people who enjoy the dining room especially on weekends,” Jo says explaining the allure. “There has been a trend towards casual dining and things like our wings, sandwiches, soups and French Fry menu are really popular.” Along with the well-liked fry menu, featuring dozens of varieties, Old Post Inn also offers 26 entrée options and a room for private parties and events. Jo said the restaurant’s many specials are a big draw. “We have all-you-can-eat pasta on Fridays from 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. for $10.99, five dollar martinis on Tuesdays, mac and cheese specials weekly,” she said. “Comfort foods are always popular. We have a lot of our regulars come in for complementary food on holidays.”
Buffalo Chicken Fries
Jo Lehr It certainly seems like Jo and everyone else who works at Old Post Inn is doing something right. Many of our local eateries have a dedicated group of regulars, but none so adamant about the excellence of their favorite restaurant as Old Post. Jo couldn’t be more complimentary about the people who make her business a success. “We’re always appreciative of our customers. They’ve kept us going for 29 years. It’s like a family here, like Cheers.” So, if you’d like to visit a restaurant that hundreds of your neighbors consider the very best, make sure to stop by Old Post Inn at 3337 Old Post Road in Slatington. Their customer appreciation day will be held on April 21st.

NLLT Performs “Little Shop of Horrors” By: Tyler Trumbauer
The Northern Lehigh Little Theater put on four performances of the classic musical, “Little Shop of Horrors” in March. This musical is the first for rookie director, Nick Sander, who has brought a remarkable increase in interest for theater to the Northern Lehigh community since his first show last fall, “And Then There Were None.” This comedy horror rock show composed by Alan Menken and written by Howard Ashmen translated well on to the stage in Northern Lehigh High School’s auditorium. This production was surprisingly excellent. The biggest surprise was how well the pit orchestra played. The size of the pit was on the smaller side, but their boisterous beats echoed through the auditorium. Sander made a daring move casting a theatrical rookie, junior Aidan Burke, as Seymour. Burke was a part of the last two musicals as a member of the pit orchestra. Sander spoke with me after the show and commented on Burke and his cast mates,“I see a lot of myself in Aidan and the rest of the cast. Burke is a lot like me when I was a student at Northern Lehigh as he stumbled in to the program. He is like me, but he is a lot more talented.” Burke claims that emotion on stage was his biggest obstacle, “Trying to portray the amount of emotion that I need to portray [as Seymour] was the hardest for me. However, I feel that I overcame that.” Burke’s leading role counterpart, senior Sydney Martin, played a remarkable Audrey. Martin’s experience shone through this role as she perfectly portrayed the beautiful, scatterbrain young lady who is in an abusive relationship and slowly falls for Seymour romantically as his social status skyrockets after discovering the world renowned plant named, Audrey II, in honor of Audrey the love of his life. Martin, who has been performing for NLLT for years, says Burke was great on stage. “Aidan is Seymour. He is fine. I have no worries about him out there performing.” The set was absolutely marvelous. It perfectly captured the setting of “skid row” or the slums of a city. The different Audrey IIs that are needed throughout the show made for a lot of work. Northern
(Above) Seymour (Aidan Burke) contemplates the future of his beloved Audrey II. (Right) Seymour brings new life and better business to Mushnick's with Audrey II, his blood thirsty venus fly trap. - photos by Tyler Trumbauer Lehigh previously has won a Freddy award for their set design and this set may earn them their second victory in that category. The Ronnettes were great throughout the show. They were composed of junior Brie Williams, junior Lydia Delong, sophomore Alexis Middaugh, sophomore Connie Hepner and freshmen Kasey Wayda. Williams and Middaugh really stood out with their spunky attitude in their lines that were perfect for the mood of the scene. This production was one of the best coming from NLLT in years. The story was well portrayed and the characters were spectacular. Sander has this program moving in the right direction and with dedicated young actors and actresses the community can expect more intriguing shows coming out of Slatington.

Merlin
Cockatoo [Mix] Size: Medium • Age: Young • Sex: Male About Merlin: Merlin is a very happy bird and, while not super social, would be a good boy given the attention and time he requires. He seems to like women more than men and does screech a lot when there are a lot of people around. He likes to have a toy or rag to chew at all times. He can be aggressive towards other birds so a cage mate would not be a good idea but he does enjoy the company of other birds in the same room. He hasn't said any words but has made lots of interesting vocalizations. Merlin will need a nice large cage in his new home with lots of branches for perching. For birds you are required to have an Avian Vet and have bird experience. Please visit www.lastchanceranch.org for an application.

EstatE Planning for 2013: “What is this Portability stuff?” On January 1, 2013 Congress passed the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012 which was highly publicized in extending the current Income Tax rates (“Bush Tax Cuts”) for those individuals earning less than $400,000 ($450,000 for married couples filing jointly). A part of the law that was much less publicized was the provisions regarding the Federal Estate Tax Laws. Many people are not aware that the Federal Government has an Estate Tax or “death tax” because of the fact that it only affects people with millions in assets. What some people also fail to realize is that a million dollars is not that much money anymore, and with the way the Federal Reserve is printing money it is possible that a million dollars will not be much at all in the near future. The general rule for the Federal Estate Tax is currently that you do not get taxed on the first $5.25 million in assets that you transfer. Anything above the $5.25 million can be taxed at up to a 40% tax rate (meaning that you pay the government $40,000 for every $100,000 that passes on to your heirs!). People with large land holdings, a small business that becomes successful or land with possible mineral rights in the Marcellus Shale could easily become subject to this tax under the right conditions. So what is this Portability thing? In 2011 the IRS created rules that allow a person to “preserve” the unused amount of their spouse’s Federal Tax Exemption (thus making it “Portable”). Most husbands and wives have all ownership of accounts and property in joint names. This means that upon the first of them dying, there is no Estate Tax on any of the assets going to the survivor and the whole $5.25 million of that person’s Federal Tax Exemption is left unused. If the surviving spouse still has a large amount of assets, runs a business that becomes successful, inherits a large amount from family, and dies with an estate above the $5.25 million amount then they could be paying hundreds of thousands of dollars in Estate Tax that could otherwise be going to heirs. How does Portability work? In order to use portability, the surviving spouse must file a Federal Estate Tax Return within 9 months of the death of his/her spouse. Since most people do not know the rule, and instead do nothing, the option for Portability is often wasted. Although most people will never have the good fortune of owning enough property/assets to be over the $5.25 million exemption, the large amount of tax that could be due if that does occur means any person losing a spouse should consider meeting with an Attorney who works with Estate Planning to determine if Portability is for them. The alternative could be a lot of tax being paid to the Federal Government instead of being paid to children, family, and loved ones. This article was authored by Keith W. Strohl, an associate Attorney of the Steckel & Stopp Law Firm with offices at Main Street and Walnut Street, Slatington; Schnecksville and Northampton which has been serving the needs of the Lehigh Valley areas for over sixty-five years.

Must I Eat Breakfast If I Want To Lose Weight?
We all know breakfast is important, but there’s more to it than just helping our brains to function: Our bodies repair and renew our depleted muscles, joints and other body parts while we sleep. This renewing process needs fuel to regenerate lean muscle mass and the body tissues. The repairing process will burn calories. THIS is why eating in the morning is important! Many stress the importance of breakfast for fuel/energy.Yes, that is important too, but eating upon awakening, or soon after, will ultimately aid in the fat burning process too!

I enjoyed the scenery, the peace, the quiet; I can’t wait to do it again. I enjoyed all of the placards along the way telling the history of the canal.” Or this: “The (D&L) Trail influenced where we purchased a home when we moved to Pennsylvania.” Impressive remarks, to be sure, but just a sampling of the hundreds of comments made by D&L Trail users who took part in a 2012 trail survey conducted by the Northeast Office of the Washington, DC-based Rails-to-Trails Conservancy (RTC). The survey took place between the boroughs of White Haven in Luzerne County and Bristol in Lower Bucks County, and was made possible by a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR). The methodology used in the survey was tested previously on Pennsylvania trails and documented in RTC’s Trail User Survey Workbook. An analysis of data gathered from user surveys and infrared counters at key locations along the
trail tallied 282,796 user visits during the survey period. The total economic impact to the D&L Corridor from those visitors was an astounding $19,075,921, of which an estimated $16,358,201 was directly spent in local economies. In addition to the trail’s corridor-wide impact, the RTC study also segregates visitation and spending data into the trail's three regions. The complete survey can be accessed online at http://bit.ly/10EWiwm. “It’s time to sit up and take notice,” said D&L President/Executive Director, Elissa Garofalo. “The D&L Trail added more than $19 million of direct economic impact to the region last year. The RTC Survey clearly makes the case for completing and sustaining this trail.”

Spread the Good Word Gaming Has Come to Palmerton
Living Hope Lighthouse, located at 705 3rd St. in Palmerton, has begun a new program called the Gaming Grotto. On the first Friday of every month, the church opens its doors to all gamers in the community. In fact, you don’t even have to be a gamer to come and have fun. The Gaming Grotto is committed to providing a fun and safe experience for people of all ages. Throughout the entire church basement, games of all kinds are played by children, teens, young adults, and the young at heart. They have video game systems from Atari to Xbox 360/Kinect and virtually everything in between and don’t be surprised if there is some sort of gaming tournament taking place as well. Parents, have no fear. All games are appropriate for children. In addition, they have board and card games to accommodate a variety of gaming preferences. The next Gaming Grotto is Friday, May 3rd beginning at 6:30 p.m. Admission is free and refreshments are available. All are invited and those at the Gaming Grotto are looking forward to getting to know new people.

Confused?
Need a dumpster?
But, not sure what size you really need or exactly what your total cost will be after adding the delivery charge, fuel surcharge, and the dumping fee after it is weighed and emptied? Or maybe you thought about buying a canvas bag from a local retailer and having it picked up with a boom truck only to find out that it’s too small and you need to pay for an additional one or two, costing more than anticipated?
D-VILLE DUMPSTERS ON WHEELS will help you determine the size you need for roofing, remodeling, or cleanouts. We deliver it to your location for a FLAT FEE including two tons & no additional delievery charges. All metal containers stay on the rubber tires and are delivered with a pick-up so they can be placed close to your work area without damaging your property. Freddy Predications By: Alice Wanamaker
Musical season in the Lehigh Valley officially kicked off in March, and it did so in grand fashion. I enjoyed two shows, first the outstanding performance of “Little Shop of Horrors” at Northern Lehigh followed by Northwestern Lehigh’s performance of “West Side Story.” Both shows ended with a standing ovation for the young and talented actors. And both are deserving of Freddy awards if you ask me. With four more shows on my agenda for April I am going to make two early predictions based on the performances from the Northern Tier. Sydney Martin has graced the stage at Northern Lehigh
her entire high school career and her performance as Audrey in “Little Shop of Horrors” was by far her best. Her pitch was perfect through every emotional turn in the storyline. I predict that Miss Martin will be honored in the “Outstanding Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role” category for the 2013 season. She certainly has in my eyes! It is quite possible that Northern Lehigh will also see a nomination, if not an award, in “Outstanding Use of Scenery” for the entire set design including the different Audrey II’s. “Outstanding Chorus,” “Outstanding Production Number,” “Outstanding Small Ensemble Performance,” “Outstanding Choreography,” these are the categories in which Northwestern Lehigh could and very well likely see nods and awards for in May. The show stopping (literally) performance had the audience on their feet as the boys of Northwestern Lehigh saluted Officer Krupke with a song and dance on Saturday night. The rest of the show was equally awesome and well rehearsed. The Freddy award nominations will be announced on May 9th exclusively on WFMZ69.

Extra Point by Tyler Trumbauer
Colonial League to Expand
The Colonial League began with nine schools back in 1975. Since then there have been four additions and one school, Nazareth, has left. Last week the Colonial League has announced that

they are increasing the number of full league members beginning in the 2014-15 school year. Colonial League officers decided, given the fluctuation in student body sizes at League schools, that it was necessary to add additional schools of varying sizes to level the playing field. In an effort to achieve that equilibrium, the league has agreed to elevate Notre Dame East Stroudsburg and Moravian Academy from associate members to full member status. In the past those schools competed in only certain sports like soccer, field hockey, and basketball among others. Those plans were finalized on March 19th, according to league Vice President, Bryan Geist. Geist, along with league President Tom Moll and the rest of the league also have invited two other schools to join the Colonial League. Lehighton and the Pleasant Valley school districts have formally been approached by league officials and have been invited to join the league as full members. Both Lehighton and Pleasant Valley currently compete in the Mountain Valley Conference. Both institutions have been members of the MVC since it formed back in 1993. The Indians of Lehighton play a lot of nonleague contests against current Colonial League members. Lehighton was denied entry to the CL just ten months ago when they failed to receive enough votes to be permitted. The

dissenting thought was that Lehighton was too far geographically for schools in the south division of the league such as Southern Lehigh and Saucon Valley. In response to the recent invitation to join the CL, Lehighton Athletic Director Kyle Spotts issued a statement on the matter: “In light of this opportunity, we would be remised in our responsibility if we did not present this invitation to our Athletic Committee and appropriate district representatives. Lehighton Area School District will weigh the financial aspects as well as positive/ negative impact on our student-athletes and our long-term commitment to a league.” One factor that could alter their decision is that the Indians have already agreed to join the Schuylkill League/Anthracite Football league beginning with the 2014-15 school year. Spotts said that they currently plan on “honoring their commitment” to the Schuylkill League. Pleasant Valley is a school that has been rumored to be on the Colonial League’s radar recently, but no official offer had been tendered until now. The district’s superintendent, Dr. Douglas Arnold, told me in a phone interview last week what the Panthers’ will be looking at in their decision
making process. “You always look at where the schools are located as far as travel. What the sizes of the schools are and what are some of the intangibles might be as far as moving to that league. We will also talk to some Colonial League people to get their take on it.” Lehighton and Pleasant Valley both have until April 9th to respond to the invitation. Geist, who is also the Athletic Director at Northern Lehigh, shared with me the league’s plan based upon the responses to the CL invitations. “If one says yes and the other says no, there is a third school we might approach. If the two bigger schools say no, we’ll meet again and discuss our options. If the two schools say yes they will join the league starting in the 2014-15 school year.” Geist also mentions that this addition could also usher in different levels of competition in certain sports and possibly even adding new sports to a school. As the Colonial League creeps up on their 40th anniversary they are trying to adapt to today’s athletic world. Schools within the league are everchanging and the addition of these schools would bring in fresh competition to the closely-knit conference.

NL Student Semifinalist in National Geography Bee Michael Martineau, a 6th grade student at Northern Lehigh has qualified for the semifinals of the National Geographics Society Geography Bee. The 25th anniversary of the Bee will be held at the Eisenhower Hotel and Conference Center in Gettysburg on Friday April 5. Martineau is one of 100 students from around the country who will participate at this level. Each state winner will receive $100, “The Complete National Geographic” on DVD and an all-expenses-paid trip to Washington, D.C., for the national finals May 20-22 and the chance to be crowned the 25th National Geographic Bee champion. First prize in the national competition is a $25,000 college scholarship and lifetime membership in the National Geographic Society. Second- and third-place finishers receive $15,000 and $10,000 college scholarships, respectively. Additionally, the national winner will travel (with one parent or guardian), all expenses paid, to the Galápagos Islands to experience geography firsthand through up-close encounters with the wildlife and landscapes of the islands on an expedition aboard the National Geographic Endeavour. Travel for the Galápagos voyage is provided by Lindblad Expeditions and National Geographic. The top 10 national finalists for 2013 along with
last year’s top 10 will be eligible for selection for the three-person team to represent the United States at the National Geographic World Championship in July, to be held in St. Petersburg, Russia. The preliminary rounds of the national contest will take place on Monday, May 20. The championship round featuring the top 10 finalists — moderated by “Jeopardy!” quizmaster Alex Trebek for the 25th year — will be held on Wednesday, May 22, at the National Theater in Washington, D.C. For the first and only time, tickets for the national finals are on sale to the public at nglive.org/geobee. National Geographic Channel and Nat Geo WILD will air the final round at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 23. It will be aired later on public television stations; check local television listings for dates and times. Visitors to the Bee section of the National Geographic Society website, www. nationalgeographic.com/geobee, can hone their geography skills with the GeoBee Challenge game. The National Geographic GeoBee Challenge app, with more than 1,000 questions pulled from past Bees, is available from the App Store on iPhone, iPod touch and iPad, or on Google Play. National Geographic developed the National Geographic Bee in 1989 in response to concern about the lack of geographic knowledge among young people in the United States. 4571 CLOVER HILL CIRCLE SERVING THE GREATER LEHIGH VALLEY

Spring Yoga & Cleansing Workshop at Comm. Ctr.
I was in the restaurant yesterday when I suddenly realized I desperately needed to pass gas. The music was really, really loud, so I timed my gas with the beat of the music. After a couple of songs, I started to feel better. I finished my coffee, and noticed that everybody was staring at me.... Then I suddenly remembered that I was listening to my iPod.

The logo will be prominently featured during all anniversary celebration events, on all marketing and publicity materials including merchandising, website and social media, printed materials, as well as incorporated into keepsake items.
The logo design competition is open to anyone who lives, works, or goes to school in or around the Borough of Slatington. If you love Slatington, you are also invited to join the fun and submit an entry. All entries are due no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday April 24th. All submissions will be reviewed and judged by a panel of interested parties. The winner will be announced in early May and will be recognized and awarded prizes. Entrants are asked to consider the rich history of Slatington as well as the architecture, monuments, landscape, that make up the borough you call home. Submissions can be emailed to the Anniversary Committee at Slatington150@gmail.com or dropped off to Alice Wanamaker at the Blue Mt. Town & Country Gazette office, 4685 Lehigh Drive, Walnutport (Berlinsville) PA. Please be sure to include the following information with your entry: Name, address, phone number, email address and a brief narrative explaining your design choices. The goal of the competition is to give local artists of all levels the opportunity to create a logo that will be incorporated into the anniversary celebration, as well as help kick-off the celebrations.

For sure, not the children who got so much candy that they could hardly eat it all. Those children were not joyous over the Easter time. The children, who got just enough that they licked their lips for more, were the ones that had the best time. [Isn’t that the old Pennsylvania Dutch philosophy here: Don’t spoil the children?] Spring is here again. No one put the thoughts of springtime together better than Solly Hulsbuck [Harvey M. Miller, 1871-1939], who wrote: When spring comes again, And the air is sweet and healthy, You see Jacob and Betsy, Out scratching around like they have

the ‘itch’, With a rake in hand, On the old onion land [garden.] I don’t think there are many people, that don’t get it in the blood to scratch around with a rake, when spring comes. The old word I brought up last week was “Gebiebst.” When one says, “He did not let out a peep about it,” then that means he kept the secret. What did the people use to color Easter eggs, before they could buy dye in the store? Onion skins, smooth alder flowers [called catkins or cat tails] that grew in swamp where it’s wet, and madder, that grow in the garden or along the fence. Madder [roots] made the red dye and alder [catkins] the yellow. Our ancestors didn’t give up easily just because they could not run to the store for everything. Translated by Larry Gradwohl

Children’s Health
Aiding Americans With Autism (NAPSI)-Research shows treatment in the form of early intervention services, such as therapy to help a child with autism communicate, learn and interact with others, can greatly improve the child's development. That's good news considering that a child is diagnosed with autism every 20 minutes. Autism has become the fastest-growing developmental disability in the world. In fact, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates as many as 1 in 110 children in the U.S. has autism-a developmental disability that significantly hinders social interaction, communication and behavior. What To Watch For Autism Spectrum Disorders tend to begin before the age of 3 and last a lifetime. Symptoms vary but can include: • Not responding to their name by 12 months • Not pointing at objects to show interest by 14 months • Not playing "pretend" games by 18 months • Avoiding eye contact and wanting to be alone • Having trouble understanding other people's feelings or talking about their own feelings
• Getting upset by minor changes • Having obsessive interests • Having unusual reactions to the way things sound, smell, taste, look or feel All this can cause a high level of stress in a familythe average lifetime cost for caring for a child with autism is $3.5 million-so it's critical to not only help the child but to support the child's family as well. To that end, Easter Seals has become one of the leading nonprofit service providers for children and adults living with autism and their families.

Lccc Fulbright Scholar Presents Lecture on Politics and Religion Dr. Maged Botros, Fulbright Scholar in Residence at Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC), will deliver a lecture entitled "Politics and Religion: Case Study of the Muslim Brotherhood of Egypt," on Wednesday, April 17, in the Community Services Center Ballroom of LCCC's main campus in Schnecksville. The event is free and open to the public. It begins with a reception at 3:30 p.m. and the presentation starting at 4 p.m. Dr. Botros, who earned his Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Cairo in 1997, is a distinguished political science professor with affiliations at several prestigious institutions in the United States, Canada, Germany, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Bahrain and Abu Dhabi. He has served as chair of the Political Science Department of Helwan University in Cairo, Egypt, for more than a decade, and is a research associate at the University of Manchester, in the United Kingdom. An avid scholar, Botros has published several books in Arabic and English, with 12 articles appearing in international, national and regional journals. This presentation condenses months of research into an engaging speech that will provide insight into the current political climate of Egypt.
