Q A
With Hope Frozen: A Quest to Live Twice Producer Pailin Wedel
QWhere are you going to keep your Emmy®? In our study, where we keep so many things dear to my husband and I – such as family photos, the books we love and framed art created by our friends.
Q Tell us about the importance of winning an Emmy®?
This is the first Emmy® win for a Thai production. The win signals to Thai filmmakers that our stories matter to the world – that Thai stories can carry and resonate globally.
Q What upcoming projects are you or would you like to be working on next?
I’m working on another project now that is too early to talk about but I’m super excited about it and hope it will resonate internationally in the same way. In general, my passion lies in stories that focus on faith, trauma and identity.
