Selection Process

1

5

The company defines the student profile they are looking for: degrees, languages, other skills, and the number of students that will participate in its Company Insight.

The company approves these candidates.

2 The students are informed of the companies participating in the program and what types of student profiles they are looking for.

3 Students apply to the companies they are interested in, in order of preference.

4 T&C presents the best candidates that applied to the companies.

6 T&C invites the candidates previously approved by the company to the Company Insight.

7 After the Company Insight, companies select the best candidates through the selection process they deem appropriate among the Company Insight attendees. The Company Insight can be used to also carry out activities such as group tests/dynamics or the company can choose to do interviews afterwards.

8 Selected candidates are invited by the company to continue with the activities chosen by the company inside the program (mentoring activities, shadowing, internships, and the final thesis).
