The region between the Euphrates and tigris rivers is often referred to as the cradle of civilization and the birthplace of writing

Besides, IFMSA Iraq aims to connect the Iraqi medical students with each other in addition to their peers worldwide, through active participation in international events, IFMSA Iraq represents the voice of Iraqi medical students abroad We are the main channel of communication, cooperation and training on an international level where each medical student gets a unique chance to invest their free time and their skills by being a part of our activities in a creative and meaningful way to benefit their society and themselves through training and exchange programs which are available for IFMSA members.

Mesopotamia III is a Sub Regional Training (SRT) which is an IFMSA event hosted by an NMO featuring one or multiple Capacity Building Workshops in different topics that IFMSA worldwide advocates for. This SRT will feature Two workshops in which participants will attend and actively engage in multiple training sessions every day
It will provide the opportunity for both our members and IFMSA members worldwide to develop their skills and abilities, it will provide training sessions for 3 successive days with at least 8 hours of training sessions daily with different subjects covering most of the subjects that a capacity builder may need for developing skills and knowledge, apart from the breaks and social activities, this will enhance the intercultural learning and exchange of information among medical students with different backgrounds.
This camp is one of the different means of equipping IFMSA members with the knowledge and skills they need to develop and to engage in achieving IFMSA goals and approaching its vision, as these workshops will capacitate the members in a way that makes them more oriented toward their standing committee work, and provides them with the tools to build and enhance the capacity building operation in their NMO and IFMSA as a whole. As we can all agree that through capacity building we can build a brighter, more shining tomorrow for IFMSA in general and for our society in a specific manner.

Sexual and Reprodu (SRHR) are essential to guarantee the re n rights and are the basis of sustainable s.
Although, Every individual should have the right to make their own choices about their sexual and reproductive health. Many people do not have access to scientifically correct information and there are still many myths regarding sexual and reproductive health. It is necessary that IFMSA members are well equipped with skills and knowledge in the most efficient ways in order to tackle any sort of challenges and difficulties faced in the way of SRHR. With this in mind, we will be providing training sessions for 3 successive days covering most of the subjects that an SRHR trainer may need for developing skills and knowledge, SRHR wise and soft skills wise, as well as, will be enhancing the intercultural learning and exchange of information among medical students from different countries.

The 5-star Melian Hotel is located close to Najaf International Stadium. It will provide you with a relaxing experience for four days. It also has a spacious reception area and a garage. The hotel is located on one of the city's main streets, which is filled with coffee shops and restaurants, and it provides easy access to all areas of the city.
When you arrive, except a delightful opening ceremony with welcoming speeches and a welcome package. After that, a variety of activities will be provided in the large spaces of the venue and mall; don't expect to go to bed early. In addition, we will provide you with the opportunity to discover the culture of the city and sample delectable traditional Iraqi cuisine.
