After the confirmation, you will submit (receive) your conference fee through OCIP.

CANCELLATION RULE For Local delegates (AIESECers in Vietnam) - Cancellation will be accepted and delegation fee will be paid (100% fee repaid) if registration is cancelled before 10th June, 2014. - Cancellation will be accepted and delegation fee will be paid a half (50% fee repaid) if registration is cancelled from 10th June, 2014 to 17th June, 2014. - Cancellation will not be accepted and delegation fee will not be paid full (no fee repaid) if registration is cancelled after 17th June, 2014.
