The buses will just arrive and pick you up each 15 minutes, they can’t park to wait. So make sure 3:45 PM, you are there. Best way to come: Taxi, Grab Bike • We recommend using booking app • Uber (Uber Black SUV – 7 seats for 4 people with luggage) • Grab (Grab car 7 seats) will help you ensure the cost.
Transportation – Waiting notice OC will be there waiting for you from 3:00 PM with AIESEC T-shirt/Jacket In case of rain, anything can cover like umbrella or raincoat is highly recommended.

We cannot do AIESEC Dance or make a lot of noise there, otherwise the police will think that we are protesting. So bring a book or chit chat only. OC have prepared paper for that.

What if I am late for the bus? ▸ Keep calm and contact your OC IP or OC Delegation IGNITE to inform that you are late. ▸ Then take grab bike or taxi go to Phuong Trang Office - 496 Le Hong Phong (2-3 km far from there), Ward 3, district 5 and buy a ticket for yourself. Notice: Please check your luggage after getting off Phuong Trang bus, some drivers they just forget your stuff and drive away. (There will be free transit to Cong Doan Hotel). You know it’s inconvenience, so don’t be late.
