What is The Exchange? Encouraging, inspiring and motivating are words used to describe the new TV talk show entitled, The Exchange. The show will offer testimonies from ordinary women doing extraordinary things, overcoming obstacles & achieving personal victories. Encouraging, inspirational, and motivating are the words used to describe the new TV and radio talk show entitled, The Exchange. The Exchange offers inspirational testimonies from ordinary women doing extraordinary things, overcoming insurmountable obstacles and achieving personal victories. Produced by Minister Gregory and Dr. Jacquie Hadnot, the show addresses issues such as health and wellness, spiritual growth, domestic violence, relationships, parenting, current events and more. We will interview ministers, authors, fashion experts, health professionals, news and media personalities, and unveil female talents. “Women face countless issues and often push their dreams and goals to the backburner and never reach their God given potential” says Dr. Hadnot. “Although some women may never own their own business or attain national recognition, every woman can live life to the fullest - one dream at a time. Sometimes we need to be reminded that we have value and worth, and our contributions to society are immeasurable. Women are a powerful force in society, and it is time to let their voices be heard." The Exchange, an inspiring, motivating experience that supports spiritual growth and life achievements was inspired by a song written by Dr. Hadnot. Over the past 5 years, she has birthed 2 successful conferences from which the show derived it’s foundation. The talk show will target women from all walks of life. The atmosphere will be fun and friendly a group of sisters sharing their questions and insights and consulting with guest experts when needed. The objective of the show is to provide answers to the questions that most women want answered but are afraid to ask. This show is not about chasing celebrities it will focus on celebrating ordinary women who are doing extraordinary things. Our focus is on real women, real conversations and real solutions.
Solutions will flow from discussing issues that matter most to women. “For every woman who goes from the pit to the promise there are still thousands who are stuck in the pit waiting for someone to grab her hand and pull her out,” says Dr. Hadnot. “My prayer is that The Exchange will be the hand that pulls them out. Our motto: leave no sister behind”. The “BAD Sisters” (Beautiful Amazing and Destined) audience will consist of 10 to 12 women who are chosen because of their passion for the shows topic. The BAD Sisters will have an opportunity to interact with guests by asking questions that pertain to their own solutions. Dr. Hadnot, author of more than 30 books, editor of ITF and Light for Your Path magazines, founder of It Is Written Ministries and A Woman of Worth Empowerment Ministry, has been in radio since 2004 first as an on air minister of the word of God and later as an internet radio station owner. She has also made numerous television appearances. She will bring her humor, knowledge and media experience to the weekly broadcast, creating a forum for diverse voices that are authoritative, inspirational, entertaining and educating. Known for her keen observations, spiritual insight, Dr. Hadnot will keep the conversations spirit filled, spirit led and quotable. Are You Pregnant With A Purpose? Are You Ready to Birth Your Dream? Definition of Purpose
What is true vision? What is true vision? True vision is not something that you invent with the human mind. True vision is about the desire that God imparts into you. Vision is about your contribution on earth to the Kingdom of God.
Vision is a conception that is inspired by God in the heart of a human. The gift of vision is greater than the gift of sight. Sight is a function of the eyes, but vision is a function of the heart. The power of vision is that your future is not just ahead of you--it also lies within you. Dr. Myles Monroe
Definition of Vision
eyesight: the ability to see mental picture: an image or concept in the imagination visions of power and wealth parapsychology something seen in dream or trance: an image or series of images seen in a dream or trance, often interpreted as having religious, revelatory, or prophetic significance far-sightedness: the ability to anticipate possible future events and developments somebody or something beautiful: a beautiful or pleasing sight
What is PURPOSE?
reason for existence: the reason for which something exists or for which it has been done or made desired effect: the goal or intended outcome of something determination: the desire or the resolve necessary to accomplish a goal set something as goal: to intend or determine to do something
The Divine Push!! Are you about to give birth to your destiny? Do you feel a tugging in your spiritual belly? Don't allow the enemy to distract you during this labor season. You are giving birth to a vision that will bless the nations. Your vision is more powerful than anything you could possibly imagine because it is a God given vision. It is a God positioned destiny that no one can abort except you. The human mind could not conceive such an awesome destiny for you. Your vision will determine how you conduct the rest of your life. From this moment on determine to do things based on your purpose. It is a healthy baby. So relax and get ready for the DIVINE PUSH.
What is PURPOSE? Purpose is when you know and understand what God created you to accomplish on this earth. What is VISION? Vision is when you can see the purpose in your mind by FAITH & begin to dream it. You need to act with purpose. Discovering something you can put your whole self into will fill your life with new hope and purpose. It will give you a reason for living. Dr. Myles Monroe

Owning Your Health Recent discussions in the scientific literature are focusing on monitoring and possibly improving cardiovascular health in children. There's been a lot of conversation and a lot of controversy. An article in the Journal of the American Medical Association1 argued that universal screening of children could result in young people being put on cholesterol-lowering drugs such as statins. And, according to certain experts, there just isn't sufficient medical evidence to justify such prescriptions. These are not new proposals. In July 2008 the American Academy of Pediatrics recommended that some children as young as 8 be treated aggressively with cholesterollowering drugs.2 Soon thereafter, in November 2008, researchers recommended that statins be prescribed for millions of healthy people with normal cholesterol levels.3 What's going on here? Healthy adults and healthy children should take drugs? How can we make sense of these medical controversies and how can we take action that is actually appropriate to the health and well-being of ourselves and our children? First, it's very important to take responsibility. That's difficult, because it seems that we live in a culture of denial. No one is responsible for anything. "Twinkies made me do it." "I have bad genes." "It's not my fault." A person's health is usually evaluated in the same way. Who is responsible for a lifelong two-pack-a-day smoker developing lung cancer? The tobacco company, of course. Who is responsible for someone gaining 50 pounds in a year? Well, the fast food chain is responsible. Who is responsible for hundreds of thousands of Americans developing diabetes each year? Candy manufacturers, naturally. Throw in doughnut-makers, too. But, people are actually responsible for their own actions. Going further, in many cases people are partly responsible for the diseases and disorders they develop. It's not that I'm a bad person, but I may be making choices that aren't in my own best interests.
"Lifestyle health" is a relatively new term being used by many researchers and health practitioners. From a lifestyle perspective, many cases of diabetes, overweight and obesity, and high cholesterol are caused by lifestyle choices. High-fat diets, high-sugar diets, lack of daily fruits and vegetables, and lack of exercise will cause people to develop diabetes, obesity, and high cholesterol. Lifestyle health is directed at causing people to choose healthy behaviors.4 So taking statins when you're healthy to prevent high cholesterol and associated cardiovascular and inflammatory disorders is highly questionable. Giving medicines - whose long-term effects are largely unknown - to children makes even less sense. Am I going to choose risky behaviors for myself and recommend risky behaviors for my children, causing us to possibly need medications down the road, or am I going to choose and recommend healthy lifestyles and take responsibility for my health and well-being and that of my children? Statins like Crestor and Lipitor have certainly helped millions of adults with serious health problems. Still, taking these medications is like slamming the barn door after the horse has run away. Let's see. If I'm healthy now, will I choose to maintain my good health by regular exercise, a consistent healthy food plan, and sufficient rest? The choice seems clear. 1

Building Yourself on Your Most Holy Faith Pastor Valarie Thornton But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost. (Jude 1:20 KJV).
Do whatever it takes to be thoroughly grounded in the truth (Ephesians 2;19-20).
But you, dear friends, carefully build yourselves up in this most holy faith by praying in the Holy Spirit, staying right at the center of God's love, keeping your arms open and outstretched, ready for the mercy of our Master, Jesus Christ. This is the unending life, the real life! (Jude 1:20 The Message).
Responsibility - Ephesians 2:19 - The major key to the unity God is understanding that it is through Christ that we are reconciled to God. Much of the responsibility for maintaining that reconciliation with God falls upon us. Christ is working with us to maintain the reconciliation that He made, so that our fellowship with God is not broken through disobedience. However, each of us contributes to the maintenance of this reconciliation by living a holy and righteous lifestyle.
The Message bible states, that our spiritual communities are as susceptible to disease as our physical bodies. However, it is easier to detect what is wrong in our physical bodies then in our worship or witness. When our physical bodies are sick or damaged, the pain calls our attention to it. Our body begins to work on repairing the problem OR we seek help for the problem. However, a dangerous, even deadly virus in our spiritual communities can go undetected for a long time. As much as we need physicians for our bodies, we have an even greater need for diagnosticians and healers of the spirit. Jude’s letter to an early community of Christians is such a diagnosis. It is even more necessary because the believers apparently did not know there was a problem. In his letter, Jude explains that he was going to write to them about the salvation that they shared. However, Jude found it necessary and was compelled to write an urgent appeal to contend, fight with everything with in them for the faith that God entrusted to them and in them. Why? Because he had heard of a virus that had slipped in undetected. Certain men have crept in stealthily (gaining entrance by a side door unaware).
Producing and spreading a disease of false teaching and doctrine. Perverting the grace. Turning God’s grace in to license to sin. So how do you contend, fight, against this virus? How do you fight this disease that is attacking our homes, our cities, our land? The primary Christian posture according to Jude that will help you fight against this deadly spiritual virus and or decease is as follows:
Pray in the Holy Spirit - (From Easton's Bible Dictionary) Prayer is conversing with God; the intercourse of the soul with God, not in contemplation or meditation, but in direct address to him. Prayer may be oral or mental, occasional or constant, ejaculatory or formal. It is a "beseeching the Lord" (Exodus 32:11); "pouring out the soul before the Lord" (I Samuel 1:15); "praying and crying to heaven" (II Chronicles 32:20); "seeking unto God and making supplication" (Job 8:5)"drawing near to God" (Psalms 73:28); "bowing the knees" (Eph 3:14). Building ourselves up by SPENDING TIME in GOD’S WORD. Praying GOD’S WORD. Building our lives more and more strongly upon the FOUNDATION of our Faith Building ourselves on the TRUTH WORD.
OF GOD’S

Be Courageous and walk through the Open Doors God has put in your life Remember: Opportunities are often disguised as problems. Problems can actually be an opportunity! Opportunities are often timesensitive. Don’t let hesitation and procrastination lead to devastation! Opportunities are often tested by opposition. Don’t miss a blessing filled life by trying to attain a problem free life! Opportunities are often missed because of fear. Whenever there is fearful response on our part there is a faithful reassurance on God’s! Don’t limit God! Develop eyes of faith which are constantly looking for the doors He is opening. Use the four check-points above to evaluate current opportunities. Once you cross the threshold of an Open Door you’ll discover God’s hand reaching out for yours on the other side. 10 Ideas for Living a Life Without Credit or Debt Zen Habits Here are some ideas for living a credit-free life, if that appeals to you (if it doesn’t, skip this article and don’t start a debate in the comments!). Save an emergency fund. Many people use their credit cards as a sort of emergency fund — if there’s an unexpected expense, the card comes out to the rescue. Instead, use the money you aren’t paying towards debt to build up a healthy emergency fund, keeping you out of debt when something unexpected comes up. Living without credit can be risky, but having a strong emergency fund (aim for $1,000 initially, then build it up to 3-6 months or more of expenses). Save for goals. Once you’ve got the emergency fund adequately covered, you can start saving for other things. Set savings goals for yourself: do you want to travel, or buy a car, or save for college, or renovate your home, or buy a yacht? Decide on your highestpriority goals, and set a dollar figure. Now save towards those goals. Without debt, it should be fairly easy. Get a debit card. If you need to use a credit card in certain situations, such as buying something online, often you can use a debit or check card instead, if it has the name of a major credit company such as Visa or MasterCard. I went several years without a credit card, but using a MasterCard debit card, and had no problems at all. It actually worked every place you would need a credit card, but I wasn’t buying stuff on credit — it was debited straight from my checking account, meaning I would need to have the money first before purchasing anything. Earn interest instead of paying it. The problem with debt or credit is that you waste money paying interest. It eats away at your finances. Instead, make your money work for you by investing it. With the magic of compound interest, your investments will grow over time, meaning that money you would have been paying toward interest is now earning interest instead and multiplying. That’s good math.
Buy a car on cash. For those who have been buying vehicles with auto loans all their lives, it may seem impossible to buy a car on cash. But it’s very possible, and many people do it. My grandparents, for example, always buy their cars with cash (and always have, except for their first car 50 years ago). So instead of making loan payments, and paying double the price of the car or more over the term of the loan, they make savings deposits, and end up with the amount it costs to buy two cars in their bank account over the course of five years. This is something I’m trying to do myself — I’m going to use my current car as long as possible, save the amount that I’m now paying for my loan every month (it’s almost paid off now), and then buy my next car in cash. It’ll be a used car, but it’ll be all mine. Invest for retirement. This is just common sense, no matter what your credit or debt situation, but without debt payments, it makes sense to accelerate your retirement investments (as one of your savings goals). Then you can retire early, thanks to not being in debt. Travel without credit. It’s a common belief that you can’t rent a hotel room or a car without a credit card. This is false. It’s easy to rent a hotel room, for example, with a cash deposit. You just need to call around to find the right hotels. The same goes with car rentals Find a cashonly car rental company. Rent without credit. While no credit checks are done for apartment or house rentals on Guam, where I live, in many places a credit check is standard practice. However, there are options you can use to rent without a credit card or a credit check, including a larger deposit. Buy a home without credit. Now, if buying a car on cash seemed impossible, surely buying a home on cash just cannot be done. But it can, and people have done it. I’m even considering doing it myself. First of all, in many cases, renting a home instead of buying (and investing the savings) is smarter financially. If you can invest the 13 buy a difference and let that grow over time, you can home on cash.
10 Ideas for Living a Life Without Credit or Debt (Continued) And at the same time, you won’t pay triple the value of the home (as most people do over the course of a home mortgage, due to interest). This item actually deserves a full post on its own, as it requires a longer explanation, but I don’t feel qualified to write it. Suffice it to say that it can be done, and has been done. Use Pay Pal online. I’m not a big fan of online shopping — well, actually I love to shop online, but I think it’s bad for your finances, only because it’s so easy to do. You end up buying stuff online that you might have resisted in the real world. But if you must buy something online, and don’t want to get a credit card (or a debit card), in many cases it can be done with Pay Pal — meaning that you have to have the money before you make the purchase. I’ve heard of people who don’t like Pay Pal, but I haven’t had a problem so far

Testimony of Victory The Sue Lacey Story Excerpt from the book All Sickness is Not Unto Death…

Chapter 1
Not for the Weak… If you have a weak stomach you might not want to read this, for this story you’re about to read is graphic, because I don’t sugar coat it, I just tell it as it is. We have two choices that we can do in our lives, we can wallow in self-pity or we can turn it over to God, pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, and go on about our business. Wallowing in self pity is not a story you want to hear, because the old cliché is true, if you’re having a pity party, no one will be there except you. I was raped and sexually molested by my step father continuously from about the third grade into high school. Then in adulthood I had to endure many innuendos and dirty jokes when we were in a room by ourselves, which I made a point of not allowing that to happen as often as possible. I was also molested and raped on the schoolyard grounds across the street from where we lived during my grade school years. During the molestation, the man made me take a bowel movement. He made me poop and then smeared it all over myself. You remember the saying, “He scared the poop right out of me,” it can be true. I don’t remember everything about either one of these situations, but thank God He gives us the coping skills that we need to deal with the “stuff” in our lives.
About the Author Sue Lacey is co-pastor at Let There Be Light Ministries. She is a bible teacher whose passion is to teach the Bible in a way that changes lives. What Kind of Bird Are You?
Things that Make You Go HUM?
There are three (3) kinds of birds: A BUZZARD: They eat dead things. A CHICKEN: They peck around for things. AN EAGLE: They soar in, over and through things.
ARE YOU A BUZZARD? You are a buzzard if you are still eating off the dead relationships of your past? You are a buzzard if you are still eating off the bitterness, hurts, abuses from your past. You are a buzzard if you are taking handouts of dead issues from other buzzards.
ARE YOU A CHICKEN? You are a chicken if you are still pecking around after men that disrespected you, cheated on you and in general dogged you out. You are a chicken if you allow people to walk over you, never speak up for yourself and peck around like a chicken when they mistreat you. You are a chicken if you are pecking around waiting for other people to validate who you are. You are a chicken if you are always looking back at your past, calling it “the good ole days” and never making new memories or having new testimonies. You are a chicken if this brochure has offended you because you think I shouldn’t have written it.

What Kind of Bird Are You? ARE YOU AN EAGLE? Eagles fly alone at high altitude and not with sparrows or other small birds. No other bird can get to the height of the eagle. Stay away from sparrows and ravens. Eagles fly with Eagles. Eagles have strong vision. They have the ability to focus on something up to five kilometers away. When an eagle sites his prey, he narrows his focus on it and set out to get it. No matter the obstacles, the eagle will not move his focus from the prey until he grabs it. Have a vision and remain focused no matter what the obstacle and you will succeed. Eagles do not eat dead things. They feed only on fresh prey. Vultures eat dead animals, but eagles will not. Be careful with what you feed your eyes and ears with, especially in movies and on TV. Steer clear of outdated and old information. Always do your research well.
Eagles love the storm.
Eagles love the storm. When clouds gather, the eagles get excited. The eagle uses the storm’s wind to lift it higher. Once it finds the wind of the storm, the eagles uses the raging storm to lift him above the clouds. This gives the eagle an opportunity to glide and rest its wings. In the meantime, all the other birds hide in the leaves and branches of the trees. We can use the storms of life to rise to greater heights. Achievers relish challenges and use them profitably. (Myles Monroe-7 Principles of an Eagle)
