VE Day CELEBRATIONS O
n Friday 8th May 2020 Keynsham Community Choir ‘ChoirJam’ will be performing a very special fundraising concert at St John’s Church, as part of the 75th anniversary of VE Day when peace was declared in Europe at the end of WWII. A unique triple choir event ‘Sing for Peace’ will see Bristol Military Wives Choir, The RAF Spitfires Choir and ChoirJam, accompanied by their live band, all come together for a wonderful musical celebration of peace. A joyous event, it will be a time to remember and give thanks to all those who fought and gave their lives for peace, with all profits going to support forces charities Combat Stress and the SSAFA.

There will be an opportunity to join in with a session of dance lessons, followed by an evening of 1940s music, dance and refreshments.
