A new climber at Norton Hill Play Area

The much-loved climber at Norton Hill play area is now reaching the end of its life and the latest play inspection recommended that it should be replaced.

In October, the Parish Council’s Environment and Development Committee looked at a range of tenders and selected a climber which we hope will be well received by the younger community. We will take the opportunity to install bright new safety surfacing under both the new climber and the adjacent rocker. Our grateful thanks to B&NES for providing s.106 funding to meet the costs. We are sure that the new climber will be enjoyed for many years to come!
