3.) INTERIOR DIMENSIONS
Approximately 8’ 9” x 6’ 2” x 6’ 8’’ interior space with 3’ x 6’ work zone where seeding/transplanting and harvesting take place.
4.) INTERIOR COMPONENTS
Interior component identification and location
5.) SITE PREP/LEVELING
The LGC should be placed on a level surface as all drainage angles are built into the design of the farm.
EMITTERS ABOVE EACH PLANT PANEL PROVIDE WATER TO THE GROW CHANNELS
MAIN IRRIGATION LINE DRIPS OUT OF THE CEILING IN THE FRONT RIGHT CORNER OF IRRIGATION LOOP
MAIN IRRIGATION LINE LIVES IN THE FRONT RIGHT WALL
SEEDLING TABLE HAS DRAINAGE BUILT INTO THE TROUGHS DIRECTING WATER TO THE BACK AND TOWARDS THE DRAIN ON THE RIGHT
6.) WATER HOOKUP
The LGC can be soft or hard plumbed. If you choose to hard plumb your LGC simply remove the included hose fittings and plumb directly to the bulk heads. We recommend heat tracing for your plumbing in cold weather climates
7.) ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
The LGC requires a 30 amp feed with 220-240V Single Phase or 208V Three Phase.

THE TANK
The tank is designed with the area below the plant panels slightly sloped towards the main sump. This allows all the water to drain back to the main sump where all pumps are located.
THE TANK
Accessibility to each section of the tank is important so we designed it with removable lightweight FRP panels (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) so cleaning is a breeze.

THE TANK - PUMP LOCATIONS
The LGC includes four pumps. Main pump, Recirculation pump, Seed pump #1 and Seed pump #2. All of these are located in the sump under the FRP panels located by the Seedling Station.
THE HANGER - DIMENSIONS
The Hanger is double sided and holds four Plant Panels per side. Centered on the “back tabs” The organization of the front and back tabs allow the Panels to hang at the proper angle.
THE PLANT PANEL - FEATURE CALL-OUTS
A Plant Panel is a vertical growing structure with three grow channels. This allows the user to optimize growing scenarios by utilizing different crop varieties and growing techniques.
The ribbing and slotted hole on the back of each Plant Panel interacts with the Hanger to mount it securely
THE PLANT PANEL - MOUNTING
To mount the Plant Panel to the Hanger, simply place the back of the Panel onto the back (longer) tab. Line up the rib connectors with the inside edges of the front tabs. Then slide up into place until the back tab hooks into the Panel slotted hole.

THE PLANT PANEL - MOUNTING
The hook on the back tab of the hanger sits through the slot in the back of the Plant Panel to secure it on the Carousel.
THE CAROUSEL GROW STRUCTURE - DIMENSIONS
Powered grow structure rotates in 90 degree intervals. This gives you the ability to bring the crops right to you. The double sided walls are accessible by telescoping the wall out and then rotating 180 degrees to replace the inner row with the outer and vise-versa.
This system includes..
-24 PLANT PANELS
-1054 PLANT SITES
-150 MINI HEAD LETTUCE EACH WEEK
-POWERED ROTATION
-OVERHEAD DRIP IRRIGATION
-ANGLE OF TOWER BUILT INTO HANGER
-OPTIMIZED FOR LEAFY GREENS
-REDUCED LABOR DUE TO SINGLE WORK ZONE

THE CAROUSEL GROW STRUCTURE - LOCKING ARM
THE GROW STRUCTURE - ACCESS Step by step articulation of the telescoping and rotation required to switch the inner and outer rows.
*TO ROTATE THE STRUCTURE TO A POSITION OUTSIDE OF 90 DEGREES SIMPLY MANUALLY PUSH THE ARMS TO MOVE THE STRUCTURE. THE ROTATOR HAS A BUILT IN CLUTCH SO DO NOT WORRY ABOUT DAMAGING THE MECHANISM.
HOME POSITION ROTATE STRUCTURE TO THE GROW WALL YOU WANT TO INTERACT WITH
ROTATE TELESCOPED GROW WALL TO ACCESS PLANTS
CONTINUE ROTATION TO FLIP INNER/OUTER ROWS
PUSH TELESCOPED GROW WALL BACK INTO CENTER TO SECURE IN PLACE
