The IIDA Best of Asia Pacific Design Awards honors and celebrates the highest level of creativity and design excellence in interior design and interior architecture projects in the Asia Pacific region.


Angie Lee, FIIDA, AIA Vice President, Head of Interior Design Pembroke Angie Lee leads an award-winning interiors practice, offering strategic vision and oversight for interior environments ranging in scale for commercial and residential project types. With over 28 years of experience, Lee continues to meld art and technology in her approach to architecture and interior design.

Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Annhy received her Bachelor of Applied Arts from Ryerson University’s School of Interior Design. With 25 years of experience, Annhy embraces the vital link between ‘business’ and ‘design’ by understanding a project’s objectives and challenges to create buildable solutions.

Joey Shimoda earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. He is a co-founder of Shimoda Design Group, a multi-disciplined firm that seeks quality design in responsible and sustainable building practices and promotes equity and diversity.
