IIDA’s 2020 Educator of the Year, Katherine Ankerson, is the Dean of the College of Architecture and a professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is an award-winning author and a committed and impactful leader known for her interdisciplinary approach to her work as an architect, designer, and educator.

Bill Grant, IIDA
Barbara Bouza is president, business operations, design and delivery, at Walt Disney Imagineering, and has held leadership roles at AIA and IIDA. She is an awardwinning designer known for her innovative solutions, leadership and vision, and her commitment to serving her community through non-profit work.
Bill Grant is president and chief creative officer of Grant Design Collaborative in Atlanta and served as Mayor of Canton, GA in 2019. A thought-leader in the design community, he has assisted in curriculum design and produced comprehensive award-winning work spanning graphic, web, and showroom exhibits.
