Meet Your Course Director Abbas Alidina Abbas is the Founder and Director of Logicks.com, a Digital Marketing and Social Media Agency that executes campaigns for organisations in the Middle East. He is also a renowned trainer and speaker on all matters digital. He considers himself both a student and an evangelist of this continuously evolving discipline. With over 10 years of consulting experience, Abbas has developed strategies and executed projects for regional and global brands such as Toyota Abdul Latif Jameel, Samsung MEA, Intel, Lenovo, Deloitte & Touche, Government of Canada, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and Honeywell.

Abbas is dedicated to educating people on the impact of digital technologies and new media on business and human behavior. In collaboration with the University of Wollongong in Dubai, Abbas delivered the first Social Media certification course offered by an accredited university in the Middle East. Prior to moving to Dubai in 2008, Abbas was an IT Strategy Consultant with Deloitte Consulting in Toronto, Canada. He worked on a number of projects with Fortune 500 clients in the Financial Services, Health Care and Oil & Gas sectors. He also has gained project management, marketing and functional design experience while working at Honeywell and Bell Canada.
