Course Requirements And Certificates Delegates must meet two criteria to be eligible for an IIRME/GW Certificate of Completion for a course: 1. Satisfactory attendance – delegates must attend all sessions of the course. Delegates who miss more than 2 hours of the course sessions will not be eligible to sit the course exam 2. Successful completion of the course assessment Delegates who do not meet these criteria will receive an IIRME Certificate of Attendance. Emily is one of the first graduates in the world with a Post- Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship (Distinction), from the University of Cambridge Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning at the Judge Business School. Emily graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Manufacturing Engineering and subsequently completed a Masters Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering at Queen’s University (Hons) in Belfast.

Prior to setting up ExpertKonnect, Emily held the role of Senior Partner with the Global Systems & Technology firm Unisys for 5 years. During her tenure Emily headed up the Supply Chain Practise for the EMEA region and oversaw all engagements into the company’s Blue chip client base. She also held a global remit for developing innovative go-to-market solutions for the global market including track and trace in healthcare, use of RFID in the airline industry and resource planning within financial services processing centres. Laterally, she moved into Unisys’ outsourcing operations, where she managed a number of large outsourcing programmes for key blueprint clients.

Prior to joining Unisys, Emily was the Founder and CEO of several start-ups including Archway Consulting, a leading B2B eProcurement Consultancy. Archway was recognised in the industry as the leading European implementator of eProcurement and supplier management solutions. Emily’s clients included: Philips, Johnson & Johnson, AIB, BskyB, 3M, Sony Corporation, & Nationwide Building Society. Prior to Archway, Emily led several highly complex SAP implementations across a range of sectors including discrete manufacturing, utilities, process and, oil and gas.

Emily is recognised as an industry supply chain expert, as well as, a high energy, leadership and motivational speaker. She is a regular speaker at Supply Chain and Leadership Conferences in the Middle East. Emily advises many start-ups on strategy, business models and financing has been recently invited to be a European Ambassador for Women In Entrepreneurship.

Emily is a Board member of the Irish Charity Aids Partnership with Africa (www.apa.ie) and actively supports awareness raising campaigns of the plight of those affected by HIV/Aids among young people as well as women led entrepreneurial initiatives in Africa.
