Programme Overview An Organisation’s Leaders Determine Its Future That’s why investing in training your current and potential leaders will determine your potential for success. This programme provides delegates with a comprehensive understanding of concepts and frameworks of leadership, as well as the tools and skills required to successfully lead others. Throughout the programme we make use of modeling historic and present day leadership figures as well as case studies, video excerpts, roleplays, brainstorming, workshops, demonstrations and simulations. The programme is delivered in four courses, each of which has a duration of five days. Course 1 This course forms the foundation of the programme – with a focus on the development of self leadership qualities. Delegates are evaluated for attitude and personal drive and trained on essential skills and personal habits of great leaders.

Courses 2 And 3 May be taken in any order after completing Course One, according to each delegate’s needs and responsibilities. They focus on developing functional and team leadership skills including thinking skills, planning, people development and quality management. The first three courses form a comprehensive development programme for section heads and department managers. Course 4 This is the most advanced of the four courses and is aimed towards senior level managers. The focus is on strategy, organisational development and strategic decision-making. The programme requires full commitment on behalf of delegates. Assignments will require preparation outside the training room and will be requested both during delivery and in between each course.
