He has led several projects within the public and private sectors in numerous countries such as America, Europe and the Middle East in various industries. Prior to joining ShiftIN, Carlos has delivered ‘How to’ and Master Class Trainings for more than 400 executives of both private and public organizations across the Middle East. Moreover, he was the Project Director of major transformation Initiative engagements in companies within Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority (ADWEA) Group, including Transco, Abu Dhabi National Energy Company PJSC (TAQA) and the agency’s distribution companies. Carlos co-wrote “Designing a Sound Governance System to Drive Strategic Transformation at ADWEA”, which was published in the September–October 2011 issue of Balanced Scorecard Report. He also wrote “Executing Strategy in the Midst of the ‘Perfect Storm’” (Nov. 2011) and is co-author with Jeroen de Flander in the 2nd edition of his book ‘Strategy Execution Heroes’.
