There will also be a great opportunity for sharing ideas and learning from all organisations represented in the course. You will also have a special opportunity to participate in two psychometric activities. One metric will help you understand differing personality styles. The second self-assessment is titled Performance Management Through 5 Key Conversations. As the authors of the metric state: “Thoughtful conversations around questions that matter might be the core process in any company – the source of organisational intelligence that enables the other business processes to create positive results”.
About The Metrics
What’s My Communication Style – This metric will provide you with new insight into your everyday communications with others. This assessment offers an accurate and reliable way to quickly identify your communication style. It will also help you understand the various forms of communication, identify the communication styles of others, and learn how to ‘flex’ your style to improve communication and your ability to provide appropriate feedback to others. Performance Management Through 5 Key Conversations – This learning instrument will provide you with an assessment of your current practices as a manager in developing high performing employees. The approach towards performance management has been simplified into five key conversations that you have with your team members. The selfassessment will give you a picture of how you think you are doing in these conversation areas. This is a brilliant way to learn more about the subtleties of performance management.
