Course Overview

Edward Shehab PMP PgMP, CSSGB, PMOC, CBAP Edward Shehab is an accomplished expert with over twenty years experience in the field of project and program management, business process analysis and design, as well as operational and organisational excellence.

He has worked in the USA and the Middle East, providing consulting and training for many global and regional organisations in different sectors including government, town planning, engineering, consumer products, information technology, systems integration and new product development.

Since 2008, he has been based in Dubai, providing consulting and training services to project professionals in the Middle East and Gulf region, covering such topics as project management, risk management and program management.

Prior to coming to the UAE, Edward held several high ranking leadership positions in the USA with large organisations such as GE, Gillette (P&G), Philips Electronics, Analog Devices, Teradyne, Fidelity Investments and Bank of America, to name a few. He served in varying management roles ranging from operations to projects to leading high performance PMOs. He is an expert at assessing and designing custom methodologies for portfolio, project, and programs, creating and setting up new and strategically aligned PMO’s, as well as building efficiency through the use of Six Sigma, business process and organisational modelling, and requirements management.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® from PMI, certified Program Management Professional (PgMP)® from PMI, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from The IIBA, Project Management Office Certified (PMOC), and a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB), he holds a Master of Science degree in Management of Programs and Projects and a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, both from the USA. He is fluent in both English and Arabic.
