Course Overview The importance of being able to effectively deliver a presentation or training programme, in whatever format, be it a five minute briefing, toolbox talk, lecture etc cannot be overstated. Time and again, we have at some time sat in front of a tutor/trainer who has not been able to deliver the message effectively. This course will give you the theoretical and proven practical skills to deliver various forms of presentations to colleagues within your organisations to the level needed and to ensure that both legal and moral duties are met by your employer. What good is a briefing given to employees working on a Construction site or in a Customer Service environment who do not understand or aren’t taking notice of what is being said? None at all! As part of the course, you will also look at the behavior of individuals when it comes to training and how best to understand and meet their needs to achieve the best learning outcome, ensuring that the whole learning experience is both enjoyable and invigorating. At the end of this course, you will have the tools and understanding to confidently and successfully bring learning to life, whilst ensuring business objectives are met.

Course Methodology This interactive course will use a number of methods including training aids, ice breakers, presentation material and IT, all of which will be taught, discussed and practiced to ensure effective learning. Individual and group discussions, followed by individual presentations will confirm the learning outcomes have been achieved. Take Away: • A hard copy of the Train the Trainer course programme • Lesson plan templates and a sample toolbox talk template to assist delivery post course • A personal DVD of your own presentation • Email contact for support after the end of the course • At an extra cost the qualification can be further enhanced by it being accredited by Edexcel Level 3, Award in Facilitating Learning and Development.
