About The Metrics 1. Conflict Strategies Inventory: This inventory is based on more than 30 years of managerial and behavioural scientific research in the area of interpersonal conflict. You will have an opportunity to assess your conflict strategy preference(s) by responding to cases that address a variety of typical, work-related situations. 2. Personal Style Inventory: This inventory will measure the ‘shape’ of your preferred personality and help you determine which tasks and situations might be easier or more comfortable for you as a woman in management and also which tasks may be less easy and less comfortable for you. This is an extremely valuable tool, creating even better self awareness on your road to sensitivity and management success.
Learning To Lead – Developing Your Leadership Style • What are the specific leadership attributes and their associated behaviours that need to be demonstrated within your work environment? • Who are the stakeholders in your business environment? • What results need to be achieved for each of them? • How can you influence these results? • How can you win credibility both within and beyond your organisation? • What are the specific organisational capabilities required to maximise current and future performance in your business? • Understand your own leadership style and build on your strengths
The opportunity to liaise with like-minded individuals in an open and honest workshop environment will prove extremely valuable to you as you prepare for your future career successes. You will complete two psychometrics designed to strengthen your skills in a management role and assess which skills to focus on for your development.
