INTRODUCTION
In Past we don’t know about all these techniques which we are using now-a-days as we are using technology which is really super-fast. We have to change according to the type of world and century that we are leaving. Which makes us to move towards to the developed side. We know that India is basically a developing country but we have to make our country a developed one to make our country to a developed one we have to make many things which we are doing now. One of that is improving the ability of the power companies in India where due to high temperature or low temperature as the humidity exchanges the meter reading of the power companies is reduced or most probably they are increasing. As the power companies itself having power they use more power to utilize all the works as the loss for them are too in crores as if the meter reading are also going to work according to the power companies. So we are introducing this Automatic Power Meter Reading model using Web Services. In this we are using GIS, Towers, LAN, and Automatic remote meter reading machine, HUB, Computer and its database.
In many cases we are going to submit these are all in this we are going to use all these this is going to take the readings Manuscript received May 02, 2015. automatically form time to time that going to be stored in the computer database that which is saving data and the power readings are going to be taken form the database for month to month so that no more power loss for the power companies through this system. II. CONNECTION METHOD In this we are going to tell about the connection method and how to connect this total devices using all these elements (keywords). Power companies are now-a-days facing many problems about this meter readings as we are now connecting this automatic meter readings for the power company. This automatic meter reading device is connected using hub as hub is a device which connects all the computer devices and sends the data through this hub. Where the automatic meter reading is connected in this hub as the power which was generated by the power companies goes through the wires that are connected to the automatic meter reading where we have written an embedded system code that is placed in the automatic meter reading device. The program that is written in that device is that for every one hour it is going to take the meter reading and through the hub which is connected to this device where through this hub we can send the data to all the systems and also computers which are having the database that going to store the meter readings for every one hour where form one month to month the data is going to be collected and paid. Where the GIS navigation system is also going to be used in this hub where through hub sometimes we can lost some of the data that is stored in this systems where the GIS is going to send the data to the mobile which is for the purpose of the company the data form GIS is travelled through using this Navigation system in the mobile. This is storing in all the computers and also mobiles no we are having may advantages through this system. Where this cellphone can also store the data using the towers which can pass the data to the satellite and from satellite to the system this is the total connection method of the system III. CONNECTION ESTABLISHMENT This is the connection establishment that we are showing all the total details about the system. First we are going to see about the automatic meter reading system. Which collects the meter automatically and transfers form hour to hour automatically. The working of the AMR is done automatically but the collected data have to be stored in some of the things that are systems and mobiles for that we are using this GIS and LAN for sending data for both the systems and also the mobiles now we can see how AMR through GIS

This shows that the how the automatic remote meter reading is going to use using GIS.Now AMR through the LAN which uses to store using the database.
This shows that using PLC Power Line Carrier that in the place of hub we are using this PLC. Where the LAN mean Local Area Network that means using the local area private network we are going to use this LAN. We are also using this GSM/CDMA as mobile is that device which is always we are only using GIS and LAN only where with all the local area networks and Geographical Information system where which uses satellites too for information collection through this AMR. Through this GIS we even can also capture the data and also can even store the data form and to mobile
In recent years we are using this GIS more which can be very potential in the working too. We also even can store this meter readings.AMR, is the technology of automatically which is power collecting, data energy metering devices and transferring that data to a central database for billing, troubleshooting, and analyzing. This technology mainly saves utility providers the expense of periodic trips to each physical location to read a meter. We even having another advantage that is billing can be based on the real-time consumption where this AMR is totally based on the real-timings rather than the estimates that which are based on past or predicted consumption. This timely information coupled with analysis can help both utility providers and customers’ better control the use and production of electric energy, gas usage, or water consumption.AMR technologies are can be even included in handling through mobile and network technologies based on telephony platforms (wired and wireless), radio frequency (RF), or power line transmission. The embedded code that we have written in the hub place that AMR is going to be worked. This is the programming method that we going to run through hour to hour into the hub and through that to the systems and also from GIS to the mobile network. We are having queue in this AMR so that according to the queue it is going to work. Where the program is For 1 hour { 60 min power consumed ( ) }

International Journal of Engineering, Management & Sciences (IJEMS) ISSN-2348 –3733, Volume-2, Issue-5, May 2015 We are giving this task that gets buffered through this task where for every 60 min we are going to send the data to mobile and system from time to time. Task ( )
machine that's connected to the network. LAN users can communicate with each other by chat or email. C. AMR
{ Char *xyz = get buff ( ) xyz = read keys ( ) qpost ( xyz ) ---- < reading the given data and posting

-----<it is going to print the task >-------By using this program we are going to run the AMR and its automatically collected data. LAN is that we have to use according to the Star Topology we using this so that it can according to the STAR wise where all networks are connected to the star wise we having advantage too that one of the system wire had fall to send the data even that happen it doesn’t show any impact on the other systems which are connected to the HUB which is PLC. This is the advantage that happen using this Topology this is only happens through the system.
IV. ABOUT GIS, LAN, AMR A. GIS Geographic-information-systems (GIS) are the both that involves in the localized or modernized computer software and hardware systems that enable users to capture, store, analyses the thing that is stored and gathered by this GIS. GISs have transformed the way spatialdata, and its relationships and also its patterns in the worldthat are able to be interactively processed, analyzed, after analyzing it is going to be mapped, and modelled to be visualized, and the thing that visualized is going to be displayed for an increasingly large range of users, and also for a multiple purposes and processes. B. LAN
A local-area network (LAN) connects the computer hardware and also to the system inputs in a localized area such as company or home or any other place where we are using this. Typically, LANs are all used through the wired connections that are going to link the computers to each other that may be in an order or pre order and to a variety of peripheral devices such as printers. Devices connected to a LAN are able to access data from any

COMMUNICATION Now-a-days we are using the 3G technology to operates in the bandwidth and complies with regulations of the mobile not only in mobile but also communicating in the automatically data collected devicesthe rapid data collection in an Automated Meter Reading (AMR) environment provides a higher integration among all the data collected devices . DATA INTEGRITY. ACCURACY. SECURITY. The 3G technology which we are using provides our Automated Meter Reading (AMR) system the data error checking which can correct the data and also to protect data accuracy while preventing accidental data loss and unauthorized data access to maintain data integrity. 3D-ENDPOINT The entire Automated Meter Reading (AMR) is fully integrated and even also the endpoint is fully integrated, which is into the register housing, which is sealed using a stainless steel register which is going to provide a base to prevent deformation and this is guaranteed for a 20-year operational life. Where there are no external antennas, batteries, or wires on the unit. All of our Automated Meter Reading (AMR) electronic system components operate within a temperature range of 4°F to 140°F, and a humidity range of 0% to 100%. PROGRAMMING Each 3G endpoint provides the very unique, permanent identification number which is a nonprogrammable thing. Here where the 3G endpoints provides the 2-way communication to enable the customer-specific programming or alarm reset. Where this optional programming is capable without removing the unit within from its location. DATA-LOGGING Our Automated Meter Reading (AMR) endpoint is providing the data points of themwhichare the interval and read resolution for and also to the user-defined. REAL-TIME-CLOCK Our Automated Meter Reading (AMR) endpoint inbuilt a Dual Real Time Clock (RTC) designed system for use in District Metering Areas/Zones (DMA/DMZ) for the applications which are for the across metered points of delivery and consumption. General Applications 1. Vehicle Tracking system using GIS module vehicle, where the GIS system in the vehicle tracks the vehicle and updates its route and exact place which is located now in the vehicle for every hour. And makes easy about the tracking of the lost vehicles like car or motor bikes or anything else having an electronic equipment inbuilt in them. 2. Room Temperature data that we are going to storing for every 15 minutes. If any of the accidents like fire had occurred, then the server will send a sms with to the mobile and the message is“Fire Accident in the server

Automatic Meter Reading Model for Power Companies Using Web Services room” to a pre-defined number that is already stored in the system and also controls the fire extinguisher automatically. 3. An IR communication based Burglar alarm that which is having the triggers of the ISR (interrupt services sub-routine program) to execute the alarm and also for the status that have logged for every 15 minutes. If intrusion occurs then it going to send the sms like “ Intrusion” automatically to the pre-defined number and then controls the alarm system 4. All the data log files that are sending to the pre-defined e-mail id for all the back-up, and also about the updates according to the program (for every preferred (the hours which we have already fixed in the system) hours).

V.CONCLUSION In this paper we are going to make a low cost preferable also usable device that is automatic meter reading system model where that it if of all the low cost. Here we are taking the help of the devices so we are having a low use of the man power even we are saving the power companies form many losses that are making through the temperature and the changes that happens in the meter reading according to the temperature that occurs. We are using no man power for any of the power readings that are generally happens in the power company. Even we are using things like AMR GIS LAN they are useful and also be sending data according to the programming. By this the power companies are having a new modernized system for the meter reading. Here the problem is not only about taking data of the meter reading but also preserving the data form temperature form time to time this is also going to happen in this paper so this paper shows all the benefits about the maximum problems of the power companies that are facing really bad these days this is really a benefited thing for the companies these days.
