Abstract Sprayers are mechanical devices that are specifically designed to spray liquids quickly and easily. They come in a number of different varieties. In this project will take a look at multi operated mechanical boom sprayers. A sprayer of this type is a great way to cover large areas such as lawns, orange farms quickly and easily. Also attached grass cutter, plant cutter and harvesting equipments and therefore with the help of these attachment, it is a multi-operational device. The device is pushed manually from behind and as the supply to the pump is switched on, the liquid is sprayed. This paper attempts to discuss the generalized design consideration for multiple operational sprayers cum trolley.

INTRODUCTION

In our country, manpower is available in large proportion, so we make our new concept solar operated mechanical boom sprayer.

In these concepts we lift water in tank for spraying on the agricultural products or on small plants in lawns and gardens. Along with proper plant selection and care, controlling pests in your lawn or garden is an important part of maintenance. Many cultural practices complement IPM control methods, such as efficient and appropriate watering practices and judicious use of pesticides.

Pesticide should be limited where possible, but when necessary, use them responsibly. This is the multi operational it works at a time lots of operations.

II. TYPES OF SPRAYERS Various types of sprayers are given below: Knapsac Sprayers: Loaded on the back of worker during operations. Tanks may be plastics or metal. It has basic three types 1) Hydraulic 2) Manual pneumatic 3) Motorised pneumatic Foot Sprayer or Pedal Pump Sprayers: This basically applied for pesticide application with foot. It has provision of 1-2 long delivery hoses.

Traction Pneumatic Sprayer: Indian Institute of Sugarcane Research, Luck now has developed bullock drawn sprayer with size nozzle boom that of powered from the wheels of the frame.

Tractor Mounted Sprayers: This is fitted with multi nozzle boom are very useful in herbicide application for large holding of farmers.

Acrial Sprayers: Presence of obstacles like trees and diversified farming in India are bottle necks in its use.

III. PROPOSED MULTIPLE OPERATIONAL SPRAYER After referring lots of study of literature of research paper we will design that sprayer uses in agriculture for farming i.e. for pesticide spraying to the crops and also fruit tress just like orange tree, sapodilla tree etc. This sprayer is also use for gardening for spraying pesticide to the plants. We have attached the some attachment just like grass cutter, plant cutter, harvesting at a time.

While gardening grass is cut with the help of grass cutter is mounted below the tank and cut grass is collected in trolley so neat and clean operations get performed. Trolley is use for carry the fertilizers for giving the crops and plants also. This is operated on solar power or electric power. So that its multi operational sprayer will perform many operations at a time.

IV. ACCESSORIES Following are the components are used for the sprayer.

1) CHASSIS: This is made from mild steel material.

2) TANK: Tank manufacture from galvanised sheet. Capacity of water is approximately 30 litres.

3) TROLLEY: Trolley is also manufacture from galvanised. It carry the fruits, vegetables also fertilizer for giving the crops.

4) NOZZLES: It is used to spray the pesticides. These nozzles resist the back flow of pesticides.

5) SOLAR PANEL: With the help of solar panel battery gets charged and charged battery is used to operated the device.

6) PLANT & GRASS CUTTER: These cutters cut the grass and plant also.

7) TELESCOPIC ROD: These rods are used to spray the pesticides above the tress as well as plants.

8) PESTICIDE INDICATORS: Indicators indicates the supply of pesticides. Without help of man.

9) BATTERY: Stored the power. These powers are used to operate the device.

10) DC MOTOR: With the help of motor sprayer, plant cutter, grass cutter works.

V. CONCLUSION After calculating all the values by analytically method and analyzing the main components of multiple operational sprayer cum trolley. It is conclude that the this project will work safely.

The system is easy to install. The system having greater reliability and protection. The system does not require any complicated components and also not require large scale of labour for doing any work. Single person can easily handle this system. It will not harmful to the environment.
