ILC 2012 is an event to develop your leadership as MC, NST or EB working with 250 delegates from all over the Iberoamerica!

Consider this before Applying: Your application will be approved by AIESEC INTERNATIONAL. Each delegate, whose application has been approved by AI, shall also be liable to pay a cancellation fee of 250 USD if they fail to turn up for the conference. This penalty however will not be applicable if the delegation replaces the delegate with another delegate from the same country and AI approves the replacement delegate before 1st March, 2012. If you have any doubt about list confirmation, please contact your MCP.

Delegates must to arrive to Santiago de Chile.

The CC will provide transportation of the delegates upon their arrival to Santiago de Chile (Plan, train, bus, etc) on March 13th 14th and 15th 2012, and their departure on March 21st from the Venue of ILC to the port of exit. CC will provide information about how to transport in Santiago for delegates that will arrive before March 13th and left after March 21st.

All tourists to get into Chile have to pass through International police presenting their documents. The International Police provides a sheet called “ Tarjeta de Turismo”. This sheet is a personal and untransferable, with 90 days duration with a possible extension of 90 days more. A copy of this card has to be with the tourist during the time of stay in the country and has to be presented at the moment of departure. Delegates from Albania, Australia, Canada, EEUU and Mexico must pay a fee of reciprocity before passing through international police in Chile. Vaccines: Nowadays there are not vaccines or medical analysis required to get into Chile.

The main requirement to get into Chile is your passport. Delegates from Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Uruguay, Paraguay and Peru can get into using their nationals ID.

Visa procedure is performed in consulates of Chile closer to your city. Requirement: • Valid Passport • Accredit economy solvency • Invitation letter from a natural person or a enterprise in Chile • Hotel Reserved (In case there are not a invitation letter)

All delegates shall have insurance covering their stay in CHILE. Any individual that fails to have insurance shall have to buy insurance from the CC at registration. The CC will provide a reasonable and comprehensive insurance coverage option for delegates at registration. Delegates that do not have neither insurance nor buy one from the CC at registration will not be able to do the check-in at the Hotel and to assist the Iberoamerican Leadership Congress 2012.

ILC 2012 will be held in to the Hotel of Grand Events.
