The conference gathers over 200 young leaders from over 10 countries in the Iberoamerican region. To get into Chile all tourists thave to pass through International police presenting their documents.

The International Police provides a sheet called “ Tarjeta de Turismo”. This sheet is a personal and untransferable, with 90 days duration with a possible extension of 90 days more. A copy of this card has to be with the tourist during the time of stay in the country and has to be presented at the moment of departure. Delegates from Albania, Australia, Canada, EEUU and Mexico must pay a fee of reciprocity before passing through international police in Chile. Vaccines: Nowadays there are no vaccines or medical analysis required to get into Chile.

Please note that the deadline for registration is 25th February 2012. Also note that all registrations once confirmed will be invoiced whether you attend the conference or not. 40% of the cost is non-refundable upon registration. The final cancellation deadline is 5th March 2012 after which 100% will be charged. Daily Transportation to Congress Venue: The transportation from airport to hotel and from hotel to Vi単a del Mar will be provided by Go Transfer.
The payment for food, additional transport and accommodation shall be cleared with the hotel directly.
The Congress Committee Logistics team is in charge of the reception and storage of Global Partner materials and shipments. Corporate Items such as branded flash disks, pens, balloons, banners etc. can be shipped via DHL to AIESEC in Chile. Any questions can be addressed to Logistics responsible Freddy Benitez Alfaro. All shipments should be addressed to: AIESEC CHILE, Facultad de EconomĂa y Negocios, Universidad de Chile Diagonal Paraguay 257, Comuna de Santiago, Chile. Taxes are collected by the Customs Service of Chile and they are directly related to the value declared in the city or country of origin.

Whatever value you declare for your merchandise that is how much it will cost you. If the declared value is less than $30, tax is not paid. But if it exceeds that amount, tax will be paid. The tax collected by Customs is 19% of the declared value. But sometimes 6% is additionally charged depending on existing trade agreements with the country of origin. These taxes must be paid to the Transportation and Logistics Services.
