LAF Tool Box Loving, Accepting Responsibility and Forgiveness Exercise 1: What is the first tool that you find inside yourself that you would bring forward in your life? (In the LAF workbook, this would be the Statements of Truth.)

What does this tool do, and how would you put it into practice in your daily life?

Exercise 2: 1. What does it mean to you to be accepting responsibility for yourself?

2. What responsibilities do you avoid in your life?

3. What responsibilities have you taken on in your life?

Exercise 3: Look at your answers in exercise 2, and see if the things that you’re avoiding are where your lessons truly are… And look and see if the things called “responsibilities” that you’ve taken unto yourself, are really the way by which you avoid the lessons of the responsibilities that you don’t allow into your life. Now accept them and make them all right, don’t have a judgment against anything that you call “responsibility” in your life… And then decide which responsibilities are really for you or not – which one’s work for you or not… Which responsibilities can you set down and let go of that no longer work for you in your life?

Which responsibilities really are for you to accept and handle in your life?
