In a tight combination between technique and creative research, the textile archives are fascinating devices to comprehend territory developments and reassemble diverse cultural identities. On the occasion of the auction that will be held on the 20, 21, 22 and 23 April 2021, at Palazzo Crivelli, the Carpet and Textiles Department is glad to present volumes and books enriched by exquisite samples of lace, embroidery and sketches representing together an important evidence of costume history and source of inspiration for future collections.
