CELEBRATING THE LIFE OF 'Lady
Olive Mae Phillips
A light went out on earth for us the day you said goodbye. No more your face to look upon or your beautiful smile to see.
Olive Mae Phillips affectionately called Mommy. Gentle, warm hearted, humble, serene! These are just a few words that we can use to describe her. We will always be grateful for the moments we shared caring for her. She was an inspiration and a role model, which we are happy to be a part of. You never failed to say thank you no matter what you were going through. We are happy to have met and cared for someone like you.
She was the light in our lives, and we will always be grateful for the moments we shared.
Death leaves a heartache no one can heal. Love leaves memories no one can steal.
Her memories will forever live on in our hearts.

“All Hail the Power of Jesu's Name” [VIP #40]
1. All hail the power of Jesu's name; Let angels prostrate fall; Bring forth the royal diadem, To crown him Lord of all.
4. Sinners! whose love can ne'er forget The wormwood and the gall, Go spread your trophies at his feet, And crown him Lord of all.
2. Crown him, you martyrs of your God, Who from his altar call; Extol him in whose path you trod, And crown him Lord of all.
5. Let every tribe and every tongue Before him prostrate fall, And shout in universal song
The crownèd Lord of all.
3. You seed of Israel's chosen race, You ransomed from the fall, Hail him who saves you by his grace, And crown him Lord of all.
6. O that with yonder sacred throng
We at his feet may fall, Join in the everlasting song, And crown him Lord of all!

REMEMBRANCE: PSALM 130
LED BY: (FAMILY MEMBER)
L: 1 Out of the depths I cry to you, Lord;
P: 2 Lord, hear my voice. Let your ears be attentive to my cry for mercy.
L: 3 If you, Lord, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand?
P: 4 But with you there is forgiveness, so that we can, with reverence, serve you.
L: 5 I wait for the Lord, my whole being waits, and in his word I put my hope.
P: 6 I wait for the Lord more than watchmen wait for the morning, more than watchmen wait for the morning.
L: 7 Israel, put your hope in the Lord, for with the Lord is unfailing love and with him is full redemption.
P: 8 He himself will redeem Israel from all their sins.
Gloria (all stand) - Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be, world without end. AMEN

Steadfast and sure while the billows roll, Fastened to the Rock which cannot move, Grounded firm and deep in the Saviour’s love.
Will your anchor hold in the straits of fear?
When the breakers roar and the reef is near; While the surges rave, and the wild winds blow,
Shall the angry waves then your bark o’erflow?

OFFERATORY HYMN CONTINUED …….
Will your anchor hold in the floods of death, When the waters cold chill your latest breath?
On the rising tide you can never fail, While your anchor holds within the veil.

The city of gold and the harbour bright?
Will your anchor safe by the heavenly shore, When life’s storms are past for evermore?

LADYPWITH CAROL,KARENANDSISTERSIVY,GLORIA&JOYCEThe Apostle’s Creed
All: I believe in God, the Father Almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended to the dead. On the third day He rose again. He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and the life everlasting. AMEN.

The Lord's Prayer
Pastor Sam McCook Rev’d Dr. Phillip Robinson Rev’d Dr. Phillip RobinsonHymn:
1. WHEN peace, like a river, attendeth my way, when sorrows like sea billows roll; whatever my lot, thou hast taught me to say, It is well, it is well with my soul. It is well with my soul, it is well, it is well with my soul.
2. Though Satan should buffet, though trials should come, let this blest assurance control, that Christ has regarded my helpless estate, and hath shed his own blood for my soul.
3. My sin, oh, the bliss of this glorious thought!
My sin, not in part but the whole, is nailed to the cross, and I bear it no more, praise the Lord, praise the Lord, O my soul!
4. And, Lord, haste the day when my faith shall be sight, the clouds be rolled back as a scroll; the trump shall resound, and the Lord shall descend, even so, it is well with my soul.

HYMNS:
“WHEN THE TRUMPET OF THE LORD SHALL SOUND”
(James Milton Black)
When the trumpet of the Lord shall sound, and time shall be no more, And the morning breaks eternal, bright and fair, When the saved of earth shall gather over on the other shore, When the roll is called up yonder I’ll be there.
Refrain:
When the roll, is called up yonder, When the roll, is called up yonder, When the roll, is called up yonder, When the roll is called up yonder I’ll be there.
On that bright and cloudless morning when the dead in Christ shall rise, And the glory of His resurrection share;
When His chosen ones shall gather to their home beyond the skies, And the roll is called up yonder, I’ll be there. (Refrain)
Let us labour for the Master from the dawn till setting sun, Let us talk of all His wondrous love and care; Then when all of life is over, and our work on earth is done, And the roll is called up yonder, I’ll be there. (Refrain)
1.I Am so glad that our Father in heaven
Tells of his love in the Book he has given: Wonderful things in the Bible I see; This is the dearest, that Jesus loves me.
I am so glad that Jesus loves me, Jesus loves even me. Though I forget Him, and wander away, Still Jesus loves me wherever I stray, Back to his dear loving arms do I flee, When I remember that Jesus loves me.
3. O if there's only one song I can sing, When in his beauty I see the great King, This shall my song in eternity be, O what a wonder that Jesus loves me.
4. If one should ask of me, “How can I tell?”
Glory to Jesus, I know very well; God's Holy Spirit with mine doth agree, Constantly witnessing: Jesus loves me.

CHORUSES:
Meet me by the river, some day
“THERE IS A LAND THAT IS FAIRER THAN DAY”
(Sanford Fillmore Bennett)
There is a land that is fairer than day, And by faith we can see it afar, For the Father waits over the way, To prepare us a dwelling-place there.
Refrain:
In the sweet by and by, We shall meet at the beautiful shore, In the sweet by and by, We shall meet on the beautiful shore.
We shall sing on that beautiful shore, The melodious songs of the blest, And our spirit shall sorrow no more, Not a sigh for the blessing of rest. (Refrain)
To our bountiful Father above, We shall offer our tribute of praise, For the glorious gift of His love, And the blessing that hallow our days. (Refrain)
Meet me by the river, not far away
Oh when my Lord shall call me home
Happy, happy, home beyond the skies
Meet me by the river, some day
Some sweet day, I’m going away
I’m gonna leave this world
No more to roam Some sweet day, when life is over Some sweet day, I’m going away.
My home is in heaven
Just waiting for me
And when I reach there, how happy I’ll be
My home is in heaven, no rent to pay Jesus paid, paid it all for me.
I know where I am going, I know I know where I am going, I know Joy bells are ringing, happy children are singing
I know where I am going, I know
You better get right with God, Come and do it now
Under the cross of Jesus, I lay my burdens down
You better get right with God
Come and do it now
Get right, Get right, Get right with God
FINAL CHORUS:
Sleep on beloved, sleep and take your rest
Lay down your head upon the Saviour’s breast We love you, but Jesus loves you best Goodbye! Goodbye! Goodbye!
