An Ode to Run On Sentences: And Other Grammatical Errors Oh to a run on sentence I’ve missed you my wordy friend with your continuous flow of words and thoughts without the impediment of a comma a semi colon or an and an a but oh how I miss this flow But the rules say I must not see you anymore But you know what I say DARN the rules Because I’ve missed you my lengy friend And while I’m at it I say hello. And for goodness sake I, will, put, a comma where ever I feel, like It, Just because I can or for dramatic effect,Shall I continue and make more grammatical errors, break more rules and Reacquaint myself with thou.
