The reason that people want to get rid of there black spots on their because it is either itchy and irritating to have or it’s not attractive to have. There is certain ways to get rid of this situation whether it’s products over the counter and even home remedies with every day items that you will have around the house. Since there are several ways to get rid of this I’m going to give you 5 easy and effective tips to help you with this medical issue. 1. Using Milk, Honey, and Turmeric – Like I had mentioned before there are natural ways of skin care to get of the unsightly blemishes. Most people have turmeric, honey, and milk in their kitchen somewhere. The milk naturally acts like a bleach, turmeric has certain antiseptic properties, and honey is a great natural moisturizer. Mix together the milk, honey, and turmeric to make a workable paste. Once you have mixed everything together you can either use your hands or a popsicle stick to the dark the spots on your body. After you have applied it to your trouble spots you need to let it sit on there for 20 minutes to let everything work. After 20 minutes, wet your hands and rub your mixture for 2 minutes, and wash it off. 2. Use Baking Soda – Most everyone has baking soda and milk in their kitchen. If you use about one tablespoon of baking soda and milk together to make a paste. Once you have made your paste, apply it to your skin and scrub it in a circle. You are going to want to use this remedy every two days until the dark spots start to change colors.

3. Using Lemon and Honey – Another natural skin care that most people readily have in their kitchen. Lemons are normally in people’s kitchen and if they are not lemons are really inexpensive at any grocery store. Lemons have a natural bleaching properties and like I have mentioned before honey is a great moisturizer for the skin. You are going to want to juice one lemon and mix it with about one tablespoon of honey. Once you have made your mixture you need to apply it to your skin and leave it there for about 20 minutes. After it has been on your skin for at least 20 minutes wash it off and you will see that your skin is lightened up. To start seeing the full effect of the mixture you are going to want to do this twice a week. 4. Natural Sandpaper – Using a sugar and olive oil is great to use to exfoliate the skin. Sugar is grainy like sandpaper and olive oil is great for moisturizing the skin. Using regular white sugar is ok but if you want to use a larger grain of sugar that would be better. You will want to make sure to use equal amounts of sugar and olive oil to make a great paste. Apply it to the skin and rub it on your trouble spots for about 5 minutes and then wash it off with soap and water. 5. Sunscreen is Great for Other Uses – If you buy sunscreen after the summer season when it goes on clearance then this skin care solution is inexpensive. Sunscreen lotions will help keep your skin moist while you are out in the sun and even after.
