Introducing Excelon® Plus Excelon® Plus is the latest generation of Norgren Air Preparation equipment developed to meet the needs of today’s customer. It offers exceptional performance, is compact and light-weight with no compromise on robustness, and is suitable for all industrial applications. Excelon® Plus has been designed with safety in mind, offering built in, tamper proof features and a unique double lock mechanism on the bowls. Maintenance of the unit is simplified with the new system where the element assembly is removed together with the bowl. The innovative family of Excelon® Plus products can be used where both stand alone units or modular assemblies are required thanks to the slim line Quikclamp system. Introducing VR Series Valve Islands Flexibility and modularity have reached new levels with the Norgren VR Valve Island range. A simple plug-in, sub-base style design allows for valves to be easily exchanged for easy installation and maintenance. Expanding the size and functionality of your Valve Island to match the changing demands of your application is a simple “plug-and-play” experience. Available in two body sizes – 10mm and 15mm, the VR10/15 series can be used across a broad range of Industrial Automation markets, from food & beverage, packaging, labelling, textiles, glass production, metal production and paper and print.

Introducing the Norgren Adaptive Cushioning System (ACS) Our cushioning system will automatically adapt to an application without the need for any adjustment of the cushion screw. This removes the need for specialist knowledge for set-up and simplifies installation. Also, the ACS will adjust to any changes in the application, such as varying loads, which may occur over a cylinder cycle, a working shift or the life of the machine. This will help to ensure the application always runs efficiently and potentially extend the servicing period of the machine. For extreme applications involving high speeds or heavy loads, a cushion screw is included for manual adjustment if required.
