LA PAELLA Paella for five people.

1 red pepper.

2 green pepper.

2 onions.

5 tomatoes.

5 coffee cups of rice.

1 cuttlefish.

1 squid.

8-10 prawns.

Fish stock.

100g. of mussels.

100g. of clams.

100g. of chicken.

Salt.

Saffron.

Oil.

Wash the mussels and put the clams in salty water to expel the sand. After this, chop the cuttlefish, the squid and the chicken, and then slice the peppers. Peel the garlic and chop the onion. Open the mussels and clams with a glass of white wine in a bowl. Salt the prawns, cuttlefish and the squid and then add the chicken in a frying pan until everything is cooked. Pour a glass of water so that the cuttlefish can get soft. Remove the cuttlefish and the chicken.


Fry the red pepper. Add the garlic cloves, green pepper and the onion. Put a bit of salt. Grate the tomatoes and then, add the grate tomato to the frying pan. Pour the rice in the frying pan and join all the ingredients together, then pour the saffron. Later add the fish stock (fifteen cups of coffee). Remove a mussel shell, reserve the other one. Decorate the paella with prawns, mussels, clams and red pepper and add more salt. Before eating cover with a dishcloth on top for 10 minutes. Bon appetit!!

Salt the prawns, cuttlefish and the squid and then add the chicken in a frying pan until everything is cooked.

Pour the rice in the frying pan.


Decorate the paella with prawns, mussels, clams and red pepper and add more salt.
