1 cuttlefish.

1 squid.

8-10 prawns.

100g. of mussels.
•
100g. of clams.
•
100g. of chicken.

Oil.
Wash the mussels and put the clams in salty water to expel the sand. After this, chop the cuttlefish, the squid and the chicken, and then slice the peppers. Peel the garlic and chop the onion. Open the mussels and clams with a glass of white wine in a bowl. Salt the prawns, cuttlefish and the squid and then add the chicken in a frying pan until everything is cooked. Pour a glass of water so that the cuttlefish can get soft. Remove the cuttlefish and the chicken.
