Developed NetLIB Security and User Data Management module and acted as the Security Manager for the project
2. Pintu Majumder
Developed NetLIB Materials Management module and acted as the Data Manager for the project
3. Santanu Acharya
Developed NetLIB Transaction Management module and acted as the Team Coordinator for the project
Handled the user management, security and authentication scheme of the NetLIB project. Responsible for implementing the password encryption scheme, database security, session handling, user data and access level management, related reports and designing the user interface relating to all aspects of the user data management and security of the project Handled the library material storage and retrieval functions. Responsible for implementing the storage of material and category data, material searching module, implementing the scheme for bulk import of material data from external files, designing the user interface with sorting facility, material type and category related classification scheme and report generation relating to this module Handled the transaction (material loan) related activities, which includes taking material on loan and returning the same. Responsible for implementing the material loan cart and related algorithms, the function for returning library materials, implementing the librarian’s screen for monitoring the transactions being made by members and the relevant report generation.
