WHAT’S YOUR SECRET TO EFFECTIVE TEAM MANAGEMENT AND COLLABORATION?

I have studied and practiced leadership for years and make it my goal each day to become a better person and better leader through my daily experiences. ARENA Collective sets its own standards for leadership as one it its core values.

Leadership is not your title, your status, or even a single attribute. Leadership is empowering another and interacting with empathy. It is showing up and making an impact on those around you. It’s teaching and inspiring others through consistent, confident actions. For a leader, humility is innate, and self-awareness is intentional. A leader has selfless ambition for the greater good of the company and its people, takes extreme ownership, and is resourceful and innovative when solving problems. A leader doesn’t find followers; a leader uncovers the potential in those he encounters.

Set out every day to be a better version of yourself. Some days it’s professional; some days it’s personal. Just don’t stop learning. Read, a lot. Take the Risk. Be Silent. Seek Awareness. Condemn Nothing.

WHAT ARE SOME OBJECTIVES YOU’RE EXCITED ABOUT ACHIEVING IN THE FUTURE?

We will continue to identify great businesses and service providers in our community that need our legal and administrative support, so we can help those businesses grow and thrive. We want to be part of building a better St. Tammany by contributing to the local ecosystem that empowers businesses to hire more local employees, develop and enhance local real estate, and contribute to our local organizations.
