Dr. Heather Bronaugh isn’t just a highly skilled boardcertified general surgeon and fellow in the American College of Surgeons; she’s also a devoted wife and mother. With over two decades of experience in General Surgery and a keen interest in aesthetic treatments since 2007, Dr. Bronaugh’s journey led to the opening of Northshore Rejuvenation in 2021. Her decision to retire from surgery was motivated by both professional aspirations and the desire to achieve a better work-life balance and spend more quality time with her family.

HOW NORTHSHORE REJUVENATION HAS GROWN SINCE ITS INCEPTION

Northshore Rejuvenation began with Dr. Bronaugh and a receptionist. In under three years, it’s grown into a thriving establishment with a team of six dedicated professionals, including Nurse Practitioner Judy, Certified Medical Assistants/Laser Technicians Jessica and Sommer, and Patient Coordinators/Front Desk Staff Alexis and Sadie. Despite the transition from sole practitioner to team leader, Dr. Bronaugh stays actively involved in patient care while overseeing spa expansion to offer more services.
